Where to Report Content

You can report violating content through the following options:

  1. In-Product Reporting

    • If you are in the EU you can report your own conversations

    • All users can report conversations that are shared with them

  2. Online Reporting Forms:

How to Report Content

When submitting a report, you will be asked to categorize the content. The categories available include:

  1. Nudity & Sexual Content

    • Adult nudity, pornography, or non-consensual intimate imagery.

  2. Child Exploitation

    • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or other forms of child exploitation.

  3. Violence & Self-Harm

    • Content promoting violence, terrorism, self-harm, or eating disorders.

  4. Deceptive Behavior & Scams

    • Impersonation, phishing, misinformation, or fraudulent activities.

  5. Hate, Harassment & Spam

    • Hate speech, cyberbullying, spam, or privacy violations.

  6. Other Inappropriate or Illegal Content

    • Unsafe products, election interference, animal harm, or other violations of terms.

  7. Intellectual Property

    • Copyright or trademark violations.

  8. Public Figure

    • Request to prevent generated depictions of a public figure – by continuing with this request you are representing that you are the individual depicted or their authorized agent

What Happens After You Submit a Report?

  • Review Process: OpenAI’s will review your report to determine if the content violates our policies or applicable laws.

  • Actions Taken: Based on the findings, OpenAI may remove the content, restrict access, or take additional enforcement measures.
