DALL·E 2 Sign-in and Sign-up Help
Updated over a week ago

DALL·E 2 is no longer accepting new customers. DALL·E 3 is available through ChatGPT Plus and through the OpenAI Developer API.

Here are some tips to help you resolve common issues quickly and gain access to DALL·E 2!

1. Confirm that you have received an invitation to DALL·E 2

We're working our way through the waitlist and not everyone who has signed up has received an invitation. If you haven't received an invitation email you won't yet be able to use DALL·E 2. We appreciate your excitement and patience as we expand access to more people!

2. Confirm that you are using the same email address you provided on your waitlist form

When you first receive the invitation email to DALL•E 2, you'll need to click the "Get Started" button, which will navigate you to labs.openai.com/auth/signup. When signing up, please make sure that you are using the same email or email alias that you joined the waitlist with character-by-character. If you frequently use forwarding rules across multiple-email addresses, double-check that you are using the same email from your waitlist submission.

If problems persist, try accessing the invitation using an incognito browser/clear cache and retry signing up with the email you joined the waitlist with.

3. The "Get Started" link isn't available or working in your invitation email

For security purposes, some organizations may block the "Get Started" link in your invitation email. You can navigate directly to https://labs.openai.com/auth/login to complete the sign-up or sign-in process.

4. If your first sign-in attempt does not work, wait a short while, refresh the page, and try again.

If waiting doesn't work, please try logging in from an incognito window or from a desktop/laptop computer (instead of a mobile device).

If you're still having trouble after following the above steps, please contact support@openai.com.
