Why am I seeing duplicate charges?

As of April 4, 2023, we are aware of a bug affecting a small fraction of ChatGPT users that may result in duplicate charges. Our team is working to proactively detect these accounts and refund customers.

If you've experienced this issue and would like to report your duplicate charge, you can contact us via our chat widget in the bottom right of your screen, select "Billing" and select "Report a duplicate charge".
