As a European customer, how can I request a refund?

European customers are eligible to request a refund within 14 days. We know that occasionally a product may not meet your expectations, and we're here to help. If you want to receive a refund, please share following information:

  • Email address

  • Subscription start date

  • Any extra relevant information

Contact us via our chat widget in the bottom right of your screen, select "Billing", then "Other", and then "From Europe and according to European law, I can request a refund within 14 days". We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.

Your cancellation will take effect on the last day of your refunded term, and you can continue using the service until then.
