You can access Chat History & Training controls in the ChatGPT Android app by following these steps:
Open the menu by clicking on the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of your screen in the Android app
Then click Settings
Then click Data Controls
Finally, you should see Chat History & Training with a toggle to enable / disable
