User and usage information can be found in the Analytics tab under Workspace Settings. Only owners and admins can view usage for a ChatGPT Enterprise workspace.
In this view you can see your workspace's total use over the last 30 days and at a weekly granularity. This includes:
Active Users | Users who have sent a message |
Conversations | Number of created conversations |
Messages | Number of messages in conversations from both users and the model |
