Managing Members in Your ChatGPT Team Workspace

Learn how to add, remove, or change roles for members in your ChatGPT Team workspace.

Adding Members

  1. Click on your profile image in the top-right corner of the ChatGPT interface.

  2. Select Manage workspace.

  3. Navigate to the Members tab.

  4. Click Invite member.

  5. Choose to:

    • Import from a CSV file (email, role).

    • Manually enter email addresses


Changing Member Roles

  • Only Owners can change roles.

  • In the Members tab, click on the current role next to a member's name and select the new role.


Removing Members

  • In the Members tab, click the three dots next to the member you wish to remove and select Remove member.
