The GPTs page allows you to manage your workspace's GPTs. Only owners can use these pages.
To locate the page from web, click on the name of your workspace in the top right corner (underneath your chat history), where a pop-up menu should appear. Press the Manage workspace tab.
Next, select the GPTs tab, which will show the settings you can control for you workspace. Those include:
Sharing
GPTs support three levels of sharing:
Private: Share directly with specific users or groups within your workspace.
Workspace:
Anyone with the link: Any workspace member with the link can access the GPT.
Entire workspace: Any workspace member can find and access the GPT through the GPT Store.
Public:
Anyone with the link: Anyone on the internet with the link can access the GPT.
GPT Store: Anyone on the internet can find and access the GPT through the GPT Store.
Admins can set the maximum level of GPT sharing allowed using the "GPTs can be shared with..." setting:
Invite-only: GPTs can only be shared privately with specific users and groups within the workspace (most restrictive).
Workspace members only: Enables private sharing plus workspace-wide sharing (both via link and GPT Store).
Anyone: Enables private, workspace, and public sharing (both via link and GPT Store).
GPT actions
GPT actions allow GPTs to call third-party APIs for tasks such as retrieving or modifying data. This setting allows you to limit the domains that can be used.
Third-party GPTs
This setting allows you to control whether users in your workspace can use GPTs created outside of your workspace, and it allows you to specify which of these third-party GPTs they are permitted to use. Please note that third-party GPTs may have custom capabilities, such as Custom Actions, Plugins, and the ability to browse the internet, which are not governed by your workspace GPTs settings.
If your third-party settings are set to “Owner-approved only”, workspace owners can approve which specific third-party GPTs the users in your workspace are permitted to use. If set to "Allow All", members can use any third-party GPT created outside your workspace. If set to "Don't Allow", members will not be able to use any third-party GPT.
You can click on the "Approve a GPT" button to find a GPT and review its custom capabilities (i.e., web browsing) and customs actions (including which external sites a GPT interacts with). All workspace members will have access to any third party GPT you approve. You can always remove an approved third party GPT from your workspace.
You can also view the total number of chats created by that GPT on your workspace.
