Please note that the API platform (platform.openai.com) and ChatGPT Enterprise platform (chatgpt.com) are two separate platforms. If you are a member within the ChatGPT Enterprise workspace, that does not translate to being a member of your company's org account on the API platform. Therefore, when a user is created on ChatGPT and then added to the ChatGPT Enterprise workspace, if they would like to access the API platform, that user will also need to request to be added to the company's org on the API platform as well. Otherwise, the user will be a part of a Personal org.

Once the user requests the owner to be added to an org, an owner of an org can then add the email address here of the user to invite them as another owner or reader of the org.
