Error: Something went wrong while getting your SSO info
If you use a company email (i.e. name@mycompany.com) to login and your company has a ChatGPT Enterprise workspace some users may see the following error:

which looks like this:
Make sure you are a member of the company workspace
Do you already have an invite that you have accepted to join your company's ChatGPT Enterprise workspace?
It's possible you signed up with your company email to a personal account and then your company later signed up for ChatGPT Enterprise. If so you will first need to ask your company IT team for a workspace invite to join their instance.
If you have an active Plus account when you accept the invite to join their instance you will be able to migrate your conversations + active Plus subscription should cancel in the process.
After joining the workspace
It is possible you already are a member of the workspace and still see this error followed by a loading message but are not able to login. In this situation ensure you reach out to your company IT team to share this doc with them to ensure any security software proxying network requests and / or VPN etc all have allow listed the entire set of domains above.
