Haptic feedback can be toggled on and off in the Setting page of the app.
Open the sidebar
Tap your Profile Icon
Tap Personalization
Toggle on or off Haptic Feedback
The haptic feedback setting will only be visible for users who:
Have a device running Android 12+.
Your device manufacturer supports the specific haptic patterns OpenAI uses for the ChatGPT Android app.
The haptic settings will be hidden if both of the above requirements are not met.
