下載擴充功能：openai-chatgpt.vsix
在你的 IDE 中，開啟命令選擇區（CMD+Shift+P），然後選擇「Extensions: Install from VSIX…」，並選取該 VSIX 檔案
安裝擴充功能後，ChatGPT 就能使用 VSCode 中目前開啟的檔案來運作。
