Account deletion is permanent and will remove data associated with your account, so you won't be able to make an account again in the future.

If you'd like to deactivate your account, which doesn't remove your data and would allow you to reactivate it again in the future, please follow the instructions below.

Account Deletion (Two Methods)

....through our help chat when logged into our website:

  1. Select "Help" button in the top right.

  2. Select "Send us a message."

  3. Select "Account Deletion" and complete the workflow for account deletion.

Your request will be submitted to us and you'll receive a confirmation when the deletion has been completed. If you'd like to deactivate your account, complete the workflow for account deactivation. Please note that it may take 1-2 weeks for your request to be completed.

...and through our email support:

  1. Send an email to from the email whose information you'd like deleted

  2. In the subject line, include "Account Deletion Request"

  3. In the body of the email, include "Please delete my account."

Account Deactivation

For account deactivation, please follow the same steps as above but select the "Deactivate my account" option.

If you'd like to have your account deactivated via email, please reach out to with the subject "Account Deactivation Request" and the body of "Please deactivate my account."
