Why am I getting "Sorry, you have been blocked" Error?

The "Sorry, you have been blocked" error can result from IP blocks by Cloudflare. These occur when suspicious activity is detected.

If you're receiving this error, this may be due to:

  • VPN usage: VPNs can sometimes trigger a block as they mask your original IP, which can be identified as suspicious.

  • Geolocation: If your IP originates from a high-risk area, Cloudflare may block your access.

You may regain access when Cloudflare no longer detects suspicious activity. You may want to try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Turn off VPNs: If you're using a VPN, try turning it off and accessing your account again.

  • Change your location: If possible, try connecting from a different, lower-risk location.

  • Wait it out: For temporary blocks, waiting a while before attempting to access our platform again will allow the block to be lifted.
