DSA Point of Contact - Users

OpenAI offers a variety of ways for users to contact us.

  • You can contact our support team in two ways, depending on whether you have an account with us.

    • If you already have an account, simply login and use the "Help" button to start a conversation.

    • If you don't have an account or can't login, you can still reach us by selecting the chat bubble icon in the bottom right of help.openai.com.

  • If you are a European user choosing to report illegal content, you can learn more about how to use our reporting illegal content mechanism here.

Users in the EU have the additional option of contacting OpenAI by sending an email to DSA-users@openai.com, which serves as our single point of contact for EU users under the Digital Services Act (DSA).

OpenAI also designated a single point of contact (DSA-users@openai.com) for users for the purposes of the Digital Services Act (DSA)

DSA Point of Contact – European Commission and Member State Authorities

OpenAI Ireland Limited has designated DSA-authorities@openai.com as the single point of contact for the European Commission, Member States’ Authorities, and the European Board of Digital Services to contact us for the purpose of the DSA. When sending messages to DSA-authorities@openai.com, please be sure to include your full name and the name of the EU-based authority on whose behalf you are contacting us, as well as an email address to contact you.

DSA-authorities@openai.com is reserved for engagement with the authorities listed above. For other types of inquiries, please use the mechanisms described above for users.
