Accessing or offering access to ChatGPT or the OpenAI API from an unsupported country may result in your account being blocked or suspended.
Access while traveling
If you created a ChatGPT or API account in a supported country or region, you may have trouble logging in or accessing the services while traveling in an unsupported country or region.

Errors after returning to a supported country
You may see an unsupported-country error even when you are in a supported country or region. This can happen after you use your device to connect to the internet in an unsupported region and then return home.
Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
Try a different browser or an incognito window.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, contact OpenAI Support. If you can no longer use the services, support can help you cancel any subscriptions.

Using payment methods outside of our list of supported countries will result in you being blocked from using our services.
