Do I get compensation for this?

We have applied a credit to all active ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Team, Enterprise customers in South Korea during the time of the incident. For Apple subscriptions, please follow the steps in the section "I have subscribed to ChatGPT through the Apple App Store – how do I get compensated?"

Since our API service is billed based on the amount of actual usage, we did not charge you for any portion of the service that you were unable to use due to the incident and therefore, it is not subject to a refund. In accordance with your agreement with OpenAI regarding our API service, we are not liable for any special damages. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@openai.com.

Free-tier accounts were not billed, so no credits will be applied.
