You can invite new members, remove members, or cancel pending invitations to your API account under the Team section of your Account Settings.

A member can either be an owner or a reader of the org. Owners can manage the organization and its members. They can see and change the billing and rate limits, invite people to join the organization as owners or readers, change the org name, and use the API under the organization name. Readers can use the API under the organization name and invite other readers to join the organization. They cannot see or change the billing and rate limits or invite owners.

Please note that these permissions and org structures do not transfer over to the roles and permissions of members within a ChatGPT workspace.
