Uninstalling the ChatGPT Android app will not cancel your ChatGPT Plus subscription.
Plus subscriptions originally created on chatgpt.com must be cancelled on chatgpt.com.
Plus subscriptions created via Google Subscriptions need to be cancelled from the Google Play Store app or Google Play website while signed in with the same Google account you used to subscribe to ChatGPT Plus.
Cancel via Google Play Store app
On your Android device, open the Google Play Store.
Check to make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google account you used to sign up for your ChatGPT Plus subscription.
Tap Menu > Subscriptions.
Select the ChatGPT Plus subscription.
Tap Cancel subscription.
Follow the instructions provided.
Cancel via Google Play website
Note: Uninstalling the ChatGPT Android app will not cancel your Plus subscription.
Go to play.google.com.
Check to make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google account you used to sign up for your ChatGPT Plus subscription.
At the left, click My subscriptions.
Select the ChatGPT Plus subscription.
Click Manage > Cancel Subscription.
Within the confirmation pop-up, click Yes.

Your Google Play Store account will be charged 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
Subscription features will remain in your account until the end of the current paid period after canceling.
