If you created a ChatGPT or API account in one of our supported countries or regions, but are now travelling in a part of the world that we don't support, you may have trouble logging in to your account or accessing our services.
Sometimes users accessing the service from a supported country or region may see errors saying that they're accessing from an unsupported country or region. For example, this might happen to you if you travel to an unsupported region, use the internet there with your device, and then attempt to access OpenAI services when you return home.
If that happens to you, first try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. Then try accessing our services using a different browser or incognito mode.
