If your account was deactivated for missing the age verification window, complete age verification using the reactivation or verification link associated with your account. If you can’t access that link, contact Support to have it restarted or resent.

Use the same email address as your OpenAI account. If you use Apple Hide My Email, use your Apple private relay email.

Users 18+ should verify themselves. Users 13–17 need a parent or guardian to complete verification using the user’s email address.

After you submit, processing may take a few days and you may not receive a separate confirmation email right away. If the verification page or document upload fails, try again later or use a valid, unexpired ID.
