ChatGPT Enterprise

Before you contact Sales:

  • The sales contact form is the only supported channel—there is no public phone line or direct email for sales inquiries.

  • Our Sales team may not respond to every inquiry, and our Support team cannot expedite a response or provide status updates.

  • If the form will not submit, try disabling browser extensions, clearing your cookies, or using a different browser or network.

  • Include your work email, company name, country/region, estimated seat count, ideal timeline, and any specific requirements to help us route your request.

If you are interested in providing ChatGPT for your organization, you can reach out to our Sales team through our sales contact form.

Please note:

  • Our Sales team may not be able to respond to every inquiry.

  • For smaller teams and organizations, you may also be interested in our ChatGPT Business offering, available via self-service.

  • Billing & payment methods: Self-serve ChatGPT Business and ChatGPT Pro subscriptions can only be purchased with a credit or debit card—we do not support invoices, purchase orders, or bank transfers. Organizations that require invoicing, POs, or wire transfers should instead submit the sales contact form to discuss a contracted plan. Please include your company name, number of seats, expected use case, and billing requirements to help us route your request.

API Enterprise Contracts
