ChatGPT desktop app experience আপডেট
চ্যাট ও কাজের মধ্যে বেছে নেওয়া, আপনার conversation ও Projects খুঁজে পাওয়া, এবং device জুড়ে Work চালিয়ে যাওয়া সহজ করতে আমরা ChatGPT desktop app আপডেট করেছি. এই আপডেটগুলো এখন macOS ও Windows-এ সব plan-এর জন্য live.
macOS ও Windows
আরও পরিষ্কার desktop layout: global switcher আপনাকে ChatGPT ও Codex-এর মধ্যে বেছে নিতে দেয়. ChatGPT-তে দ্রুত প্রশ্ন ও conversational help-এর জন্য চ্যাট, অথবা end to end task সম্পন্ন করতে কাজ বেছে নিন.
Unified Recents: চ্যাট ও কাজের conversation এখন Recents-এ একসঙ্গে দেখা যায়, যেখানে আপনি sort, filter ও pin করতে পারেন.
desktop app-এ Projects: আপনার বিদ্যমান ChatGPT Projects এখন app-এ দেখা যায়. আপনি Project-এর ভেতরে Chat conversation শুরু করতে পারেন বা Project context ব্যবহার করে Work thread শুরু করতে পারেন.
device জুড়ে কাজ চালিয়ে যান: Cloud Work conversation এখন web, mobile ও desktop জুড়ে sync হয়, তাই এক surface-এ শুরু করে অন্যটিতে চালিয়ে যেতে পারেন. Local conversation আপনার computer-এই থাকে.

ChatGPT কাজ পরিচিতি
ChatGPT কাজ দীর্ঘ, বেশি জড়িত কাজের জন্য একটি এজেন্ট. এটি তথ্য গবেষণা ও বিশ্লেষণ করতে, সংযুক্ত অ্যাপ ও ফাইলজুড়ে কাজ করতে, এবং সম্পূর্ণ ডকুমেন্ট, স্প্রেডশিট, প্রেজেন্টেশন, রিপোর্ট ও সাইট তৈরি করতে পারে. এটি কাজ করার সময় আপনি অগ্রগতি অনুসরণ, প্রশ্নের উত্তর, দিক পরিবর্তন এবং গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অ্যাকশন অনুমোদন করতে পারেন.
কাজ Scheduled Tasks-এর মাধ্যমেও প্রকল্প এগিয়ে রাখতে পারে, যা একবার চলে, সময়সূচি বা ট্রিগারে পুনরাবৃত্ত হয়, অথবা পরিবর্তন মনিটর করে.
web ও mobile-এ কাজ Free ও Go বাদে paid plan-এ চালু হচ্ছে. Pro, Pro Lite, Enterprise ও Edu ব্যবহারকারীরা আগে অ্যাক্সেস পাবেন; Plus ও Business ব্যবহারকারীরা আগামী দিনগুলোতে পাবেন. কাজ সব সমর্থিত অঞ্চলে উপলভ্য.
web ও mobile-এ Enterprise ও Edu ওয়ার্কস্পেসের দুই সপ্তাহের preview period আছে. preview চলাকালে কাজ ডিফল্টভাবে বন্ধ থাকে, এবং preview শেষে স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে চালু হওয়ার আগে অ্যাডমিনরা opt out করতে পারেন.

নতুন ChatGPT desktop app macOS ও Windows-এর জন্য বিশ্বব্যাপী উপলভ্য. এটি প্রশ্ন ও কথোপকথনের জন্য চ্যাট, গবেষণা ও সম্পূর্ণ deliverable-এর জন্য কাজ, এবং software development-এর জন্য Codex এক অ্যাপে মিলিয়ে দেয়.
desktop-এ, আপনার অনুমতিতে কাজ local file ও desktop app ব্যবহার করতে পারে. built-in browser ChatGPT-কে website থেকে তথ্য সংগ্রহ করতে এবং সমর্থিত web-based tool ও file নিয়ে কাজ করতে দেয়. Codex diff-এর ভেতরে inline editing, side panel-এ pull-request review, দ্রুত computer use, এবং এক project-এ একাধিক repository সমর্থনও যোগ করে.
আপনি যদি ইতিমধ্যে Codex app ব্যবহার করেন, নতুন ChatGPT desktop app-এ যেতে আগের মতোই update করুন. আপনি যদি আগের ChatGPT desktop app ব্যবহার করেন, নতুন version download করতে app-এর prompt অনুসরণ করুন. আগের app ChatGPT Classic হিসেবে install থাকতে পারে. Public beta-তে ChatGPT সাইট পরিচিতি
ChatGPT সাইট আপনাকে ChatGPT ছাড়াই আপনার কাজ বা ধারণাকে interactive website বা lightweight app-এ রূপ দিতে দেয়. আপনি dashboard, project tracker, launch calendar, prototype, internal portal ও report তৈরি করতে পারেন, তারপর share করার আগে ChatGPT দিয়ে result preview ও refine করতে পারেন.
Business ও Enterprise গ্রাহকদের ইতিমধ্যে সাইটে access আছে. আজ থেকে তারা সাইট publicly publish করতে এবং URL দিয়ে যে কারও সঙ্গে share করতে পারে, সাইটকে তাদের ওয়ার্কস্পেসের মানুষের বাইরে বিস্তৃত করে.
Site তৈরি করতে web-এ ChatGPT কাজ থেকে, অথবা ChatGPT desktop app-এ Work বা Codex থেকে শুরু করুন. আপনি কী বানাতে চান তা বর্ণনা করুন, প্রাসঙ্গিক content, file, data, link বা constraint যোগ করুন, এবং publish করার আগে private preview review করুন.

ChatGPT-তে গ্রুপ চ্যাট অবসর দেওয়া হচ্ছে
৯ জুলাই থেকে web, iOS ও Android ব্যবহারকারীরা আর নতুন গ্রুপ চ্যাট তৈরি করতে, বিদ্যমান কথোপকথনকে গ্রুপ চ্যাটে রূপ দিতে, বা invite link দিয়ে গ্রুপ চ্যাটে যোগ দিতে পারবেন না.
বিদ্যমান গ্রুপ চ্যাট আপাতত উপলভ্য থাকবে এবং ব্যবহার করা যাবে. বিদ্যমান গ্রুপ চ্যাট read-only হলে, ব্যবহারকারীরা সেখানে আগে শেয়ার করা message, file ও image-এ access রাখবেন. ব্যক্তিগত ChatGPT conversation প্রভাবিত নয়.
Atlas অবসর দেওয়া হচ্ছে
browser-based agentic capability ChatGPT ও Codex-এ আনার অংশ হিসেবে আমরা Atlas deprecate করছি. Atlas ৯ আগস্ট, ২০২৬-এ কাজ বন্ধ করার পরিকল্পনা আছে.
আমরা এই transition যতটা সম্ভব সহজ করতে চাই. তার আগে, আপনি রাখতে চান এমন Atlas data সরিয়ে নিন. bookmark, open tab ও browser history সহ Atlas browser data স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে transfer হবে না. আপনি আপনার cookie ও password ChatGPT desktop app-এ এবং bookmark Chrome-এ export করতে পারেন. ৯ আগস্টের আগে আপনার open tab ও browser history থেকে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ page বা URL save করে রাখুন.
আপনার ChatGPT conversation history আলাদা এবং আপনার plan, workspace settings ও account access সাপেক্ষে ChatGPT-তে উপলভ্য থাকবে.

PowerPoint-এর জন্য ChatGPT এখন সাধারণভাবে উপলভ্য
PowerPoint-এর জন্য ChatGPT এখন Business ওয়ার্কস্পেসে সাধারণভাবে উপলভ্য. টিম Microsoft PowerPoint-এ সরাসরি সম্পাদনাযোগ্য প্রেজেন্টেশন তৈরি ও সংশোধন করতে পারে, ডেকের কাঠামো ও বর্ণনা নিয়ে প্রশ্ন করতে পারে, এবং পুনরাবৃত্তিযোগ্য ওয়ার্কফ্লো ও সংযুক্ত সোর্স থেকে স্লাইড বানাতে Skills ও চালু করা অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করতে পারে. উন্নত সম্পাদনা ও টেমপ্লেট মেলাতে এখনও পর্যালোচনা দরকার হতে পারে.
ওয়ার্কস্পেস অ্যাডমিনরা PowerPoint-এর জন্য ChatGPT চালু করতে এবং সমর্থিত অ্যাপে অ্যাক্সেস নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে পারেন. Business ব্যবহার ৬ আগস্ট, ২০২৬ পর্যন্ত বিনামূল্যে থাকবে. এরপর ব্যবহার নমনীয়-মূল্য নির্ধারণ মডেল অনুসরণ করবে এবং অন্তর্ভুক্ত ব্যবহারের পর ওয়ার্কস্পেস ক্রেডিট পুল থেকে নেওয়া হবে.

মডেল পিকারে সরলীকৃত নিয়ন্ত্রণ
আমরা web, iOS ও Android-এ ChatGPT Business-এর জন্য আপডেটেড মডেল পিকার চালু করছি. এটি ChatGPT Business-এ অন্তর্ভুক্ত মূল মডেল বা ব্যবহারের সীমা না বদলে কোনো কাজের জন্য গতি ও যুক্তিচিন্তার প্রচেষ্টার সেরা ভারসাম্য বেছে নেওয়া সহজ করে.
পিকারে এখন দ্রুত, মাঝারি, উচ্চ, অতি উচ্চ, Pro স্ট্যান্ডার্ড এবং Pro এক্সটেন্ডেড রয়েছে. মাঝারি Thinking Standard-কে, উচ্চ Thinking Extended-কে, এবং অতি উচ্চ Thinking Heavy-কে প্রতিস্থাপন করে. Pro স্ট্যান্ডার্ড ও Pro এক্সটেন্ডেড GPT-5.5 Pro ব্যবহার করা চালিয়ে যাবে. Thinking Light আর উপলভ্য নয়.
কোনো অনুরোধে বেশি যুক্তিচিন্তা উপকারী হলে দ্রুত স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে মাঝারিতে যেতে পারে. iOS ও Android-এ পিকার কথোপকথনের ওপরে দেখা যায়. ওয়েবে এটি মেসেজ কম্পোজারে দেখা যায়.

ওয়ার্কস্পেস অ্যাডমিন ও মালিকরা এখন Workspace settings > Plugins থেকে প্লাগইন পরিচালনা করতে পারেন. এই পেজ প্লাগইন আবিষ্কার ও গভর্ন্যান্সকে এক সারফেসে আনে, যেখানে স্ট্যাটাস, ইনস্টলেশন নীতি, ভূমিকা, ক্যাটাগরি ও ক্যাটালগের জন্য সার্চ ও ফিল্টার রয়েছে.

ChatGPT Business-এর জন্য মেমোরি উন্নতি
আমরা ChatGPT Business-এর জন্য উন্নত মেমোরি চালু করছি. মেমোরি চালু থাকলে, কাজ বদলানোর সঙ্গে প্রতিক্রিয়া আরও প্রাসঙ্গিক করতে ChatGPT আগের চ্যাটের প্রাসঙ্গিক কনটেক্সট ব্যবহার করে মেমোরি হালনাগাদ রাখতে পারে, শুধু হাতে সংরক্ষিত বিবরণের ওপর নির্ভর না করে.
ব্যবহারকারীরা এখন পারেন:

মেমোরি সারাংশ প্রাসঙ্গিক কনটেক্সটের উচ্চ-স্তরের দৃশ্য এবং ChatGPT যা মনে রাখতে বা উল্লেখ করতে পারে তার সবকিছু এতে নাও থাকতে পারে.

Codex Remote এখন ChatGPT Business ওয়ার্কস্পেসের ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্য সাধারণভাবে উপলভ্য. ChatGPT মোবাইল অ্যাপ থেকে ব্যবহারকারীরা সংযুক্ত Mac বা Windows হোস্টে কাজ শুরু বা চালিয়ে যেতে, অগ্রগতি পর্যালোচনা করতে এবং ফোন থেকে অ্যাকশন অনুমোদন করতে পারেন. Remote Control এখন প্রতিটি সমর্থিত মোবাইল ডিভাইস ও প্রতিটি হোস্টের মধ্যে প্রমাণীকৃত এক-এক QR পেয়ারিং ব্যবহার করে. ৮ জুন থেকে ব্যবহৃত সংযোগগুলো পেয়ার করা থাকবে; পুরোনো নিষ্ক্রিয় সংযোগগুলো আবার পেয়ার করতে হবে. সাইন আউট করলে বিদ্যমান পেয়ারিং না সরিয়ে Remote Control বন্ধ হয়.
নতুন DigitalOcean Droplet Workspace প্লাগইন ChatGPT Business ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্যও উপলভ্য. এটি Codex-কে DigitalOcean Droplet প্রভিশন করতে, SSH অ্যাক্সেস কনফিগার করতে এবং রিমোট ওয়ার্কস্পেস হিসেবে Codex অ্যাপে সংযুক্ত করতে দেয়. সংযোগের আগে ব্যবহারকারীদের ChatGPT মোবাইল অ্যাপ ও Codex অ্যাপ সর্বশেষ সংস্করণে আপডেট করা উচিত. Slack কনেক্টর অ্যাকশন এবং OAuth স্কোপ অনুমোদন
Slack অ্যাপ সংযুক্ত এবং অ্যাকশন চালু থাকলে ChatGPT Business ওয়ার্কস্পেসগুলো এখন ChatGPT-তে Slack কনেক্টর অ্যাকশন ব্যবহার করতে পারে. Slack-এ সার্চ করার পাশাপাশি, ব্যবহারকারীরা ChatGPT-কে চ্যানেলে যোগ দেওয়া, রিমাইন্ডার তৈরি, ফাইল আপলোড বা Slack প্রোফাইল আপডেটের মতো সমর্থিত Slack অ্যাকশনে সহায়তা করতে বলতে পারেন.

Codex-এ Record & Replay
Record & Replay macOS-এর জন্য নতুন Codex অ্যাপ ফিচার, যা যোগ্য Business ব্যবহারকারীদের একবার ওয়ার্কফ্লো দেখিয়ে সেটিকে পুনঃব্যবহারযোগ্য স্কিলে রূপান্তর করতে দেয়. এটি টিমকে বর্ণনার চেয়ে দেখানো সহজ এমন স্থিতিশীল, পুনরাবৃত্তিযোগ্য ওয়ার্কফ্লো ধরতে সাহায্য করতে পারে, তারপর Codex, Computer Use, ব্রাউজার অ্যাকশন, প্লাগইন বা উপলভ্য টুলের সমন্বয়ে সেগুলো পুনঃব্যবহার করতে দেয়.

Codex আপডেট
আমরা কয়েকটি Codex আপডেট করেছি, যার মধ্যে রয়েছে:
যোগ্য Business ব্যবহারকারীরা প্রোফাইল মেনু থেকে Invite a coworker বেছে Codex আমন্ত্রণ পাঠাতে পারেন এবং প্রাপক ওয়ার্কস্পেসে যোগ দিয়ে প্রথম Codex মেসেজ পাঠালে রেফারেল বোনাস পেতে পারেন. বন্ধু ও সহকর্মীদের আমন্ত্রণ-এ আরও জানুন এবং বর্তমান শর্ত দেখুন. অ্যাডমিন ও মালিকরা Workspace settings > Permissions & Roles -এর টগল ব্যবহার করে এই ফিচার নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে পারেন.

সক্রিয় অ্যাকাউন্ট সেশন নিয়ন্ত্রণ
আমরা ChatGPT-তে নতুন নিরাপত্তা ফিচার Active sessions চালু করছি, যা ব্যবহারকারীদের তাদের অ্যাকাউন্টের সঙ্গে যুক্ত সেশন পর্যালোচনা করতে এবং অচেনা সেশন থেকে সাইন আউট করতে সাহায্য করে.
প্রাপ্যতা: SAML বা OIDC সহ কোনো প্রতিষ্ঠানের SSO সাইন-ইনের সঙ্গে যুক্ত অ্যাকাউন্টের জন্য এই ফিচার উপলভ্য নয়. প্রতিষ্ঠান প্রতিটি সাইন-ইনের জন্য SSO বাধ্যতামূলক না করলেও, অথবা ব্যবহারকারী বর্তমান সেশনে অন্যভাবে সাইন ইন করলেও এটি প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে.

Codex অ্যাপে এখন Windows-এ Computer Use সমর্থিত. Codex অ্যাক্সেস থাকা Business ব্যবহারকারীরা Computer Use ব্যবহার করে Codex-কে Windows অ্যাপ্লিকেশনে দেখা, ক্লিক করা ও টাইপ করতে দিতে পারেন. ব্যবহারকারীরা iOS বা Android-এ ChatGPT থেকে, অথবা Mac-এ Codex থেকে Windows ওয়ার্কফ্লো চালিয়ে যেতে পারেন, যাতে ডেস্ক থেকে দূরে থেকেও অগ্রগতি দেখা, প্রম্পটে সাড়া দেওয়া ও দিকনির্দেশ করা যায়; এ সময় Windows মেশিন প্রকল্প ফাইল, shell, app server ও লোকাল কনটেক্সটের হোস্ট থাকে.

সরলীকৃত অ্যাপ অ্যাকশন নিয়ন্ত্রণ
ওয়ার্কস্পেস মালিক ও অ্যাডমিনরা এখন Workspace settings > Apps-এ সরলীকৃত মডেলে অ্যাপ অ্যাকশন পরিচালনা করতে পারেন. Action control-এ অ্যাডমিনরা বেছে নিতে পারেন কোনো অ্যাপ সব অ্যাকশন অনুমতি দেবে, শুধু read অ্যাকশন দেবে, নাকি বর্তমান অ্যাকশনের জন্য কাস্টম কনফিগারেশন ব্যবহার করবে.

Google Drive app একীভূতকরণ
ChatGPT-তে Google-এর file app এখন Google Drive-এর অধীনে একীভূত, যা Google Drive-এ আপনার Google Docs, Sheets ও Slides নিয়ে কাজ করার জন্য একক app experience দেয়.
নতুন Google Drive action Business workspace-এ defaultভাবে চালু. Admin/owner Workspace settings > Apps. থেকে action review ও manage করতে পারেন. Google Drive entry খুঁজে Manage actions ক্লিক করুন.
Google Drive, Docs, Sheets ও Slides app-এর বিদ্যমান user প্রভাবিত নন - আগে connected app কাজ চালিয়ে যায়. unified experience-এর সুবিধা নিতে, বিদ্যমান user Google Drive app disconnect ও reconnect করে ChatGPT-এর মধ্যে নতুন action ব্যবহার শুরু করতে পারেন. নতুন user আলাদা app connect না করেই Docs, Sheets ও Slides action ব্যবহার করতে Google Drive app-এ connect করতে পারেন.

We’ve refreshed the Apps & connectors section in Workspace settings for admins and owners with a clearer layout: tabs for Enabled, Available, and Draft; a streamlined list view; search and filters; and bulk actions like selecting multiple apps to manage roles or disable. Enabling actions, including sync where supported, now live directly in each connector’s listing.

Atlassian Rovo MCP connector
We’re adding Atlassian Rovo to our list of MCP connectors, which brings in your Jira, Compass, and Confluence information to bring relevant project context into your chats. This connector enables you to take supported write actions in Jira right from ChatGPT — such as creating issues and triggering workflows—based on what you request and on patterns identified in your project data. All actions are initiated, approved and completed directly in chat.
Admins can review actions and other basic information about the connectors in Workspace settings → App. Users can add the Atlassian Rovo from Settings → Apps & Connectors.
The Atlassian Rovo connector is available to Enterprise, Edu, Business, Pro and Plus customers with connectors enabled for their workspace.

New MCP connectors available today
We’re rolling out a new set of MCP access connectors built by partners and reviewed by OpenAI, including Amplitude, Fireflies, Vercel, Monday.com, Stripe, Hex, Egnyte, Alpaca, BioRender, Semrush, and Jam.dev. This is available to Enterprise, Edu, Business, Pro and Plus customers with connectors enabled for their workspace. These connectors expand the set of tools customers can bring into ChatGPT and will be followed by additional connectors on a rolling basis.
The connectors released today are access connectors, which fetch content when a user asks a question, built using MCP. Connectors remain default off for Enterprise plans, and default on for Business plans.
Admins can review Actions and other basic information about these connectors in Workspace settings → Apps.

Starting today, company knowledge will support custom MCP connectors with search/fetch functionality. Custom connectors fitting this criteria that are enabled for your organization will appear in the company knowledge experience for users that have enabled them for allowed users, giving your team a more complete, accurate, and company-specific context when using the feature.
Admins/owners can continue to manage access to custom connectors in Workspace settings.

Apps & Apps SDK now available to Business plans
ChatGPT Business customers will now have access to ChatGPT apps. Apps include interactive interfaces – like presentations, maps, and playlists – that respond to natural language and adapt to your conversation. You can start with a bulleted outline and ask Canva to turn it into a professional presentation, or turn a rough sketch into a FigJam diagram—all without leaving ChatGPT.
Our pilot partners—like Figma, Canva, Booking.com, Coursera, Expedia, Spotify, and Zillow—will be available to Business customers in markets where their services are offered, starting in English, with more apps coming.
You can also build your own apps with the Apps SDK, then test and deploy it for your team using developer mode.

Synced Connector Updates
ChatGPT Business workspaces can now use ChatGPT connectors for Azure Boards, Basecamp, and Zoho CRM These connectors deliver faster, higher-quality answers–especially for knowledge-heavy prompts like strategy summaries, policy lookups, and internal research.
For Business workspaces, connectors are enabled by default—though Admins and Owners can disable specific connectors at any time from their Workspace connectors settings. Individual users can connect enabled connectors they want to use from Settings > Apps & Connectors. Once enabled, ChatGPT will automatically reference the indexed content when relevant. ChatGPT Business workspaces can now use ChatGPT connectors for Aha!, Asana, ClickUp, GitLab Issues, Help Scout, Teamwork.com, and Zoho Desk. These connectors deliver faster, higher-quality answers–especially for knowledge-heavy prompts like strategy summaries, policy lookups, and internal research.
For Business workspaces, connectors are enabled by default—though Admins and Owners can disable specific connectors at any time from their Workspace connectors settings. Individual users can connect enabled connectors they want to use from Settings > Apps & Connectors. Once enabled, ChatGPT will automatically reference the indexed content when relevant. Company knowledge lets ChatGPT use your organization’s context from your connected apps to give answers specific to your company and projects, with clear citations and links back to the original sources. We’re rolling out full Model Context Protocol (MCP) support with developer mode so your organization can build, test, and publish MCP-powered connectors with read/write capabilities that let ChatGPT take action in your tools. Introducing the ChatGPT app and ChatGPT connector for Slack
We’re rolling out two new ways to bring Slack and ChatGPT together: a connector that brings your Slack context into ChatGPT, and a ChatGPT app for Slack – an integration that enables you to chat with ChatGPT from inside Slack.
With the ChatGPT app for Slack, you can chat one-on-one with ChatGPT in a dedicated Slack sidebar – a space to ask questions, summarize long threads into action items, draft replies, and search messages and files you already have access to. Chats you start in Slack also appear in your ChatGPT sidebar, so it’s easy to pick up later from web or mobile. Semantic search is supported for Slack customers with AI enabled on Business+ or Enterprise+ plans; all other plans use keyword search.
With the ChatGPT connector for Slack, you can securely bring in context from your Slack channels and DMs, making responses more helpful Available in chat, Deep Research, and Agent Mode. The connector is enabled by default for Business customers, and users can enable from Settings > Apps & Connectors.
Both app and connector are available to Plus, Pro, Business and Enterprise/Edu customers. Additionally, the ChatGPT app for Slack requires a paid Slack account; availability and workspace installation may depend on your Slack workspace settings.
Installing the app requires the connector to be enabled for your account.

We’re adding Notion and Linear as synced connectors, so teams can securely bring Notion pages and Linear issues/discussions into Chat for fast answers and summaries. Both connectors are managed in Admin connectors settings, in the Synced connectors section. Users can enable sync from their Connector settings. Updates to Codex
We’re rolling out new Codex capabilities to help teams work and build better: Codex now works in Slack, and supports programmatic control through the Codex SDK. We’ve also added new admin controls and analytics so workspace admins can manage Codex Cloud environments, set safe defaults for CLI/IDE usage, and monitor usage with improved dashboards. Additionally, Codex rates have been updated.

Introducing project sharing
Today, we’re announcing an update to projects in ChatGPT. Now you can share projects with teammates in your workspace, adding files and instructions together to guide ChatGPT’s responses toward a shared goal. Members can chat with the project’s context to stay on the same page as new information gets added and create work that stays consistent in tone.
Shared projects are ideal for ongoing work like client management, content creation, reporting, and research.
Invite members in your workspace by individual email, group email, or shared link. Add/remove project members, set project access permissions, create new chats, add/remove files, and allow members to bring existing chats into the project. Memory is project-only, ensuring sensitive data stays safely within the project.

It’s available everywhere you use Codex: default for cloud tasks and code review, and selectable for local workflows via the Codex CLI and IDE extension. Sharepoint synced connector
ChatGPT Business workspaces can now use the Sharepoint synced connector, which enables workspace members to securely ask questions and get answers directly from their OneDrive and SharePoint files. Connections can be created, deleted, or modified at any time. Once enabled, ChatGPT will automatically reference your SharePoint content when relevant.
Workspace Admins must enable access to the Sharepoint connector in their workspace’s Admin connectors settings. Once this is enabled, each user can connect their individual account by signing in to SharePoint through an OAuth flow.

Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Contacts Connectors in ChatGPT
Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Contacts are now available to connect and use in chat. Once you enable them, ChatGPT will automatically reference them when relevant, making it faster and easier to bring information from these tools into your conversations without having to manually select them each time.
If you already have Gmail or Google Calendar enabled for deep research, you can now also use them in chat. To use them in deep research, you will still need to enable each connector separately and select it every time you start a new deep research request.

Project-only memory
An improvement to projects is now available. When creating a project, users have the option to enable project-only memory.
With project-only memory enabled, ChatGPT can use other conversations in that project for additional context, and won’t use your saved memories from outside the project to shape responses. Additionally, it won’t carry anything from the project into future chats outside of the project.
This creates a focused, self-contained space, which is useful for long-running or sensitive work where you want ChatGPT to stay anchored to that project’s tone, context, and history.
Note:
Personal Memory must be enabled to utilize this feature.
Settings -> Personalization -> Memory
Workspace Memory must be enabled to utilize this feature.
Workspace owners can enable this by Workspace Settings -> Memory
This feature will initially only be available on the ChatGPT website and Windows app. Support for mobile (iOS and Android) and macOS app will follow in the coming weeks.

GPT-5 is slowly rolling out to all users on ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Team, and Free plans worldwide across web, mobile, and desktop. GPT-5 will be available to ChatGPT Enterprise and Edu plans soon.
GPT-5 in ChatGPT is our next flagship model and the new default for all logged-in users. It simplifies ChatGPT to a single auto-switching system that brings together the best of our previous models into a smart, fast model.
GPT-5 is available to all ChatGPT Tiers. Users on Paid tiers - Plus, Pro, and Team - have access to the model picker, which enables you to manually select GPT-5 or GPT-5 Thinking. Pro and Team tier users have access to GPT-5 Thinking Pro, which takes a bit longer to think but delivers the accuracy you need for complex tasks.

Please note that Voice mode is still powered by GPT-4o.
Personalities
You can now choose from four distinct personalities or use the Default personality in your Customize ChatGPT settings. Default is the standard ChatGPT style: clear, neutral, and adaptable. The other personalities each have their own style and tone, described below.
Cynic – Sarcastic and dry, delivers blunt help with wit. Often teases, but provides direct, practical answers when it matters.
Robot – Precise, efficient, and emotionless, delivering direct answers without extra words.
Listener – Warm and laid-back, reflecting your thoughts back with calm clarity and light wit.
Nerd – Playful and curious, explaining concepts clearly while celebrating knowledge and discovery.
Please note that these personalities will not apply to Voice mode.
Accent Colors
You can now set an accent color that applies to elements in ChatGPT, including your conversation bubbles, the Voice button, and highlighted text.
On web: Click your profile icon at the bottom left, select Settings, go to the General tab, and choose an option from the Accent color drop-down.
On mobile (iOS and Android): Tap your profile icon at the bottom, go to Personalization, then select Color Scheme to pick your accent color.
ChatGPT Voice updates
Today we’re rolling out improvements to Voice Mode to make it more accessible and useful for everyone. It also now works with custom GPTs. We’re expanding access with near-unlimited use for Plus users and hours each day for Free users. To simplify the experience, Standard Voice Mode will be retired in 30 days, unifying all users onto our latest voice experience.
For paid users, Voice now adapts to your instructions, adjusting its speaking style (length, speed, tone, and more) to fit the moment.

Study Mode
Study mode is currently available to users in Free, Plus, Pro, and Teams plans globally and will expand to Edu plans in the coming weeks. Study mode works with any model available in ChatGPT on iOS, Android, web, and desktop.
Study mode is a new learning experience in ChatGPT designed to help you build a deeper understanding of any topic. When you turn it on, ChatGPT will ask interactive questions to understand your goals and skill level, then work with you to reach the answer together.
With Study mode enabled, ChatGPT can:
Guide understanding with Socratic-style questions.
Break concepts into easy to follow sections starting simple and adding complexity as you progress.
Personalize responses based on your past chats if memory is on, using examples and tips tailored to you.
Check your understanding with open-ended prompts and feedback.
Work with your materials by referencing images or PDFs you upload.
You can enable study mode at any time by selecting Tools in the prompt window and choosing Study and learn from the drop‑down menu or go to chatgpt.com/studymode.
Study mode is powered by custom system instructions and can have some inconsistent behavior and mistakes across conversations. We plan on training this behavior directly into our main models once we’ve learned what works best through iteration and user feedback.

Since its launch in the API in April, GPT-4.1 has become a favorite among developers—by popular demand, we’re making it available directly in ChatGPT.
GPT-4.1 is a specialized model that excels at coding tasks. Compared to GPT-4o, it's even stronger at precise instruction following and web development tasks, and offers an alternative to OpenAI o3 and OpenAI o4-mini for simpler, everyday coding needs.
Starting today, Plus, Pro, and Team users can access GPT-4.1 via the "more models" dropdown in the model picker. Enterprise and Edu users will get access in the coming weeks. GPT-4.1 has the same rate limits as GPT-4o for paid users.
