Nous controls i capacitats per als agents de l'espai de treball de ChatGPT

Estem desplegant noves capacitats de model, administració, accés a apps i resposta per als agents de l'espai de treball de ChatGPT a Enterprise i Edu.

Els agents de l'espai de treball ara admeten:

• GPT-5.5 i controls d'esforç de raonament: En crear un agent, els creadors poden triar GPT-5.5 i establir l'esforç de raonament que farà servir l'agent. També hem millorat la velocitat de resposta de tots els agents.

• Permisos de publicació basats en rols: Els administradors de l'espai de treball poden controlar quins rols poden publicar agents al directori compartit de l'espai de treball.

• Configuració guiada d'agents: ChatGPT ara fa preguntes de configuració per ajudar els usuaris a crear agents útils més ràpidament.

• Sortida de veu: Els agents ara poden crear fitxers d'àudio com a part de les seves respostes.

Plantilles d'app per a GitHub Enterprise, Snowflake i Databricks

Els administradors i propietaris de l'espai de treball amb plans Enterprise i Edu ara poden fer servir plantilles d'app de ChatGPT per crear apps específiques de l'espai de treball per a GitHub Enterprise, Snowflake i Databricks. Les plantilles d'app ofereixen un flux de configuració guiat per a configuracions específiques del proveïdor, com ara credencials OAuth, URL de retorn, detalls de webhook, URL de servidors MCP gestionats i controls d'accés de l'espai de treball abans que els administradors publiquin l'app per als membres.

Workspace agents are now generally available in ChatGPT Business, Enterprise, and Edu.

Workspace agents help teams get more done together across tools. They can own entire workflows on their own, follow team processes, and be shared across your team so people can build once and use together.

We’ve also added new admin controls and visibility:

• Agent builders can set safeguards on which actions agents can take for each app enabled in their workspace.

• Business, Enterprise, and Edu admins can view workspace agent activity and usage in the

  admin console

Actualitzacions de Codex: mode objectiu, millores del navegador, ús remot bloquejat, analítica d'administració i estat de compartició de connectors

Codex ara ofereix als usuaris d'Enterprise i Edu més maneres de treballar cap a objectius de més durada i iterar al navegador, mentre que els administradors compatibles obtenen analítica d'ús actualitzada:

• Els Appshots a l'app de macOS permeten als usuaris adjuntar una finestra d'app a un fil de Codex amb una tecla d'accés ràpid, incloent-hi una captura de pantalla i el text disponible. Els Appshots estan disponibles avui per als comptes de ChatGPT Edu; la compatibilitat per als comptes de ChatGPT Enterprise arribarà aviat.

• El mode objectiu ja està disponible de manera general a l'app de Codex, l'extensió IDE i la CLI, de manera que els usuaris poden definir un resultat i criteris d'èxit i deixar que Codex continuï treballant-hi.

• La consola global d'administració ara inclou analítica de Codex per als administradors d'Enterprise, amb usuaris actius, crèdits i segments, fils i torns, classificacions d'usuaris, ús de connectors, línies de codi acceptades, ús de models i una IU alineada amb la consola.

• La compartició de connectors permet als equips compartir connectors creats localment amb membres de l'espai de treball des de l'app de Codex. La compartició de connectors està desactivada per defecte a ChatGPT Enterprise ; posa't en contacte amb el teu contacte de compte d'OpenAI per obtenir detalls sobre com activar la funció. Hem eliminat l'etiqueta Beta del directori d'apps a ChatGPT al web i a l'escriptori, i també del nou flux de creació d'apps.

Això és només una actualització d'etiquetatge. No canvia l'experiència del directori d'apps, els fluxos de creació d'apps, les capacitats del mode de desenvolupament ni les directrius existents de risc elevat per al mode de desenvolupament.

App de Microsoft Teams amb sincronització gestionada per administradors a ChatGPT

L'app de Microsoft Teams amb sincronització gestionada per administradors ja està disponible per als espais de treball de ChatGPT Enterprise i Edu que hi poden optar. Els propietaris i administradors poden connectar Microsoft Teams una sola vegada per a l'espai de treball perquè ChatGPT pugui fer referència als missatges compatibles de Teams i a les metadades de conversa a les quals els membres ja tenen permís d'accés.

Els propietaris i administradors poden activar la sincronització des de Configuració de l'espai de treball → Apps, triar quin contingut de Teams incloure amb el selector d'abast i un filtre opcional d'etiquetes de sensibilitat de Microsoft Purview, i després desplegar-lo mitjançant Desplega al teu equip. L'experiència sincronitzada és només de lectura, pot trigar a omplir-se completament després de la configuració i continua separada de l'app autoservei habitual de Microsoft Teams.

Accés remot a Codex i segments d'accés per a automatització

Codex ara admet accés remot des de l'app mòbil de ChatGPT, cosa que permet als usuaris mantenir-se connectats a treballs de més llarga durada, respondre preguntes, redirigir l'execució, aprovar accions, revisar resultats i canviar entre hosts connectats mentre Codex continua operant a l'host Mac subjacent o a l'entorn remot connectat. L'experiència mòbil mostra l'estat en viu d'aquest entorn, incloent-hi context del projecte, aprovacions, captures de pantalla, sortida del terminal, diffs i resultats de proves. Els espais de treball Enterprise també poden fer servir segments d'accés de Codex per a fluxos de treball locals de confiança i no interactius que necessiten identitat d'espai de treball de ChatGPT i controls empresarials sense iniciar sessió al navegador.

Per provar-ho, actualitza tant l'app mòbil de ChatGPT com l'app de Codex a macOS. La configuració mòbil pot requerir accés a control remot activat per a l'espai de treball i pot implicar SSO, autenticació multifactor o passos amb clau d'accés.

A més, els segments d'accés estan disponibles per als espais de treball de ChatGPT Enterprise, amb administradors que poden gestionar la disponibilitat a nivell d'espai de treball, membres amb rols permesos que poden crear els seus propis segments i superfícies de governança que reflecteixen l'activitat dels segments d'accés quan estigui disponible.

El control remot està desactivat per defecte, i els administradors/propietaris el poden activar des de la configuració de l'espai de treball.

ChatGPT Workspace Agents ara admet espais de treball Enterprise amb EKM

Els agents de l'espai de treball de ChatGPT ara estan disponibles per als espais de treball de ChatGPT Enterprise compatibles amb Enterprise Key Management (EKM).

Els agents de l'espai de treball permeten a les organitzacions crear i fer servir agents per a tasques repetibles i fluxos de treball empresarials a través d'apps connectades, inclosos ChatGPT i Slack. Els agents es poden crear a partir de plantilles o des de zero, previsualitzar abans de publicar-se, compartir dins d'un espai de treball i executar-se segons una programació.

Els espais de treball EKM compatibles ara poden crear i fer servir agents de l'espai de treball, connectar eines i apps compatibles, afegir skills, fitxers i servidors MCP personalitzats, programar execucions recurrents, fer servir agents en canals de Slack connectats i veure l'historial de versions i l'analítica.

ChatGPT per a Intune per a iOS i iPadOS

Hem afegit ChatGPT per a Intune a l'App Store d'Apple. ChatGPT per a Intune és una app separada per a iOS per a organitzacions de ChatGPT Enterprise que gestionen l'accés mòbil mitjançant Microsoft Intune i Microsoft Entra. L'app permet als equips d'IT aplicar polítiques de protecció d'apps de Microsoft i polítiques d'accés condicional a l'experiència mòbil de ChatGPT a iOS i iPadOS.

ChatGPT per a Intune només està disponible per a comptes Enterprise i requereix una incorporació organitzativa amb OpenAI abans de fer-lo servir. Els propietaris i administradors d'Enterprise s'han de posar en contacte amb el seu director de compte d'OpenAI per iniciar la incorporació i, després, configurar els paràmetres necessaris de Microsoft Entra i Intune abans del desplegament.

ChatGPT per a Excel i Google Sheets

ChatGPT per a Excel i Google Sheets ja està disponible a tot el món per als espais de treball Enterprise, Edu i K-12, i ofereix una barra lateral nativa de ChatGPT dins de fulls de càlcul a Excel i Google Sheets per crear, actualitzar, explicar i revisar fulls de càlcul amb diverses pestanyes. Admet Skills i apps quan estan disponibles perquè el treball amb fulls de càlcul es pugui basar en fitxers, sistemes i fonts de dades aprovats.

Els clients d'Enterprise, Edu i K-12 tenen una previsualització gratuïta fins al 2 de juny de 2026; després d'això, l'ús seguirà els crèdits i les condicions d'ús. Actualitzacions de la sincronització de SharePoint gestionada per administradors

Estem migrant les sol·licituds d'abast de l'app SharePoint de ChatGPT de abasts delegats a abasts d'aplicació de Microsoft, per a l'opció de sincronització «Desplega al teu equip» gestionada per administradors. • Connectar agents a eines i apps com Google Drive, Google Calendar, Slack i SharePoint.

• Compartir agents en privat, per enllaç o al directori de l'espai de treball.

• Programar execucions recurrents a ChatGPT.

• Fer servir agents en canals de Slack connectats.

• Veure l'historial de versions i l'analítica dels agents.

Els administradors de l'espai de treball també poden gestionar l'accés a la creació, publicació i ús a Slack d'agents mitjançant controls d'administració. Els agents de l'espai de treball de ChatGPT estan desactivats per defecte en el llançament, i els administradors els poden activar per als espais de treball compatibles.

Nota: Els agents de l'espai de treball de ChatGPT no estan disponibles en el llançament per als espais de treball de ChatGPT Enterprise amb EKM.

Ubicació de les dades per a apps amb sincronització al Japó

En comparació amb GPT-5 Instant Mini, GPT-5.3 Instant Mini se sent més natural en conversa, amb una escriptura millor i més consciència contextual al llarg dels xats. Supera GPT-5 Instant Mini en una àmplia gamma de casos d'ús.

Controla la detectabilitat dels grups SCIM als fluxos de compartició

Els propietaris de l'espai de treball ara poden controlar si els grups gestionats per SCIM són detectables als fluxos de compartició com projectes i GPT. Una nova configuració, Detectable pels usuaris de l'espai de treball, està disponible a Identitat i aprovisionament > Directory Sync (SCIM) i està activada per defecte per mantenir el comportament actual.

Quan aquesta configuració està desactivada:

• Els grups gestionats per SCIM deixaran d'aparèixer als fluxos de compartició.

• Si un projecte o GPT ja està compartit amb un o més grups gestionats per SCIM, aquests grups s'eliminaran de la llista de compartició la propera vegada que s'actualitzi el projecte o GPT.

Aquesta configuració pot ajudar a reduir la compartició excessiva accidental i garanteix que la compartició basada en grups continuï alineada amb polítiques d'accés gestionades centralment.

Accions de bústia compartida i calendari compartit a Outlook

Les apps de correu i calendari d'Outlook per a ChatGPT ara admeten més fluxos de treball delegats d'Outlook per a equips. Amb els permisos adequats de Microsoft, els usuaris poden demanar a ChatGPT que llisti i llegeixi missatges de bústies compartides, navegui per carpetes de bústies compartides, marqui el correu compartit com a llegit o no llegit, mogui missatges compartits i enviï correu electrònic en text pla des d'una bústia compartida o en nom seu. ChatGPT també pot crear, actualitzar, respondre, cancel·lar, eliminar i adjuntar fitxers petits a esdeveniments de calendaris compartits d'Outlook.

Els propietaris i administradors de l'espai de treball haurien de revisar els permisos de Microsoft Entra, l'accés RBAC i els controls d'acció de l'app d'Outlook abans d'activar les accions acabades d'afegir. És possible que els usuaris que ja havien connectat Outlook hagin de tornar a connectar-se després que l'espai de treball activi les noves accions; també pot ser necessària l'aprovació de Microsoft Entra. Nous seients de Codex a ChatGPT Enterprise

Presentem un nou tipus de seient per a ChatGPT Enterprise: un seient de Codex basat en preus flexibles. Els seients de Codex donen accés només a Codex: no inclouen accés a l'espai de treball de ChatGPT i no tenen un cost fix per usuari al mes. Fer servir Codex requereix crèdits de l'espai de treball, mentre que els seients estàndard de ChatGPT continuen incloent ChatGPT i Codex amb accés bàsic i preus flexibles opcionals per a l'ús que superi els límits de peticions inclosos.

Apps actualitzades de Box, Notion, Linear i Dropbox

Estem desplegant apps actualitzades de Box, Notion, Linear i Dropbox a ChatGPT Enterprise i Edu. Aquestes actualitzacions afegeixen noves accions d'app, incloses noves capacitats d'escriptura quan són compatibles, i incorporen la darrera experiència d'app a ChatGPT.

Les noves apps estan desactivades per defecte, i els administradors/propietaris de l'espai de treball poden revisar l'app així com les seves accions a Configuració de l'espai de treball > Apps per activar les que s'ajustin a les necessitats del seu espai de treball. Les accions noves (com ara les d'escriptura) poden implicar abasts actualitzats; els administradors/propietaris haurien de consultar les pàgines de les apps de Box, Notion, Linear i Dropbox per obtenir-ne més detalls i autoritzar els abasts necessaris. És possible que els usuaris nous no puguin connectar aquestes apps fins que no es compleixin les autoritzacions d'abast o s'activin/desactivin les accions d'acord amb els abasts autoritzats.

Els membres que ja havien connectat aquestes apps potser hauran de tornar a connectar l'app després de la revisió administrativa per començar a fer servir l'experiència actualitzada.

Afegeix fonts als teus projectes des de qualsevol lloc

Ara els projectes faciliten més crear una base de coneixement viva afegint fonts des d'apps, converses i entrades ràpides de text. Pots enganxar un enllaç a un canal de Slack o a un fitxer o carpeta de Google Drive per afegir-lo directament com a font del projecte, desar respostes útils de ChatGPT al teu projecte perquè les bones sortides es converteixin en coneixement reutilitzable, i enganxar notes, briefs o material de referència directament a un projecte.

Als espais de treball Enterprise i Edu, l'accés a les apps segueix els controls de l'espai de treball. Els administradors i propietaris poden gestionar la disponibilitat de les apps a Configuració de l'espai de treball > Apps, i poden fer servir RBAC per assignar accés a apps a rols específics. Connectors a Codex

Codex ara inclou un directori seleccionat de connectors que permet als usuaris descobrir, instal·lar i fer servir fluxos de treball empaquetats creats a partir d'apps i skills directament a Codex. Unificació del connector de Google Drive

Els connectors de fitxers de Google a ChatGPT ara s'unifiquen sota Google Drive, proporcionant una única experiència d'app per interactuar amb els teus Google Docs, Sheets i Slides a Google Drive.

Les noves accions de Google Drive estan desactivades per defecte als espais de treball Enterprise/Edu. Els administradors/propietaris poden revisar i gestionar les accions des de Configuració de l'espai de treball > Apps. Localitza l'entrada de Google Drive i fes clic a Gestiona accions.

Els usuaris existents de les apps de Google Drive, Docs, Sheets i Slides no es veuen afectats; les apps connectades anteriorment continuen funcionant. Després que els administradors/propietaris activin les noves accions, els usuaris existents poden tornar a connectar l'app de Google Drive per començar a fer servir les noves accions dins de ChatGPT. Els usuaris nous només han de connectar l'app de Google Drive per fer servir les accions de Docs, Sheets i Slides, sense necessitat de connectar apps separades.

Els administradors de Google Workspace potser hauran de tornar a autoritzar els abasts de Google corresponents a les accions de l'app; altrament, els usuaris poden trobar errors de connexió quan intentin connectar-se. Més informació.

Estem desplegant GPT-5.4 mini a ChatGPT. GPT-5.4 mini està disponible per als usuaris Free i Go mitjançant la funció "Thinking" del menú +. Per a la resta d'usuaris, GPT-5.4 mini està disponible com a model alternatiu de GPT-5.4 Thinking quan s'arriba al límit de peticions.

Per als usuaris de Plus, Pro i altres plans de pagament, GPT-5.4 mini s'utilitzarà com a alternativa de GPT-5.4 Thinking quan s'arribi als límits de peticions, cosa que permet continuar accedint a les capacitats de raonament durant períodes d'ús intensiu. Els clients d'Enterprise conservaran l'opció d'utilitzar GPT-5.4 mini com a destinació predeterminada de l'encaminament Auto, si ho prefereixen.

Actualitzacions del selector de models a ChatGPT

Hem simplificat el selector de models per facilitar l'elecció del nivell de raonament adequat.

Els usuaris amb comptes Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise i Edu veuran un conjunt d'opcions de model segons el seu pla, incloent-hi:

• Instant – respostes ràpides per a preguntes quotidianes

• Thinking – raonament més profund per a tasques més complexes

• Pro – els models de raonament més avançats

La funcionalitat Auto es pot activar fent clic a Configura al menú del selector de models i triant «Canvia automàticament a thinking». Aquesta configuració s'activarà automàticament si el teu darrer xat estava establert en Auto.

Configura opcions més avançades

Si vols més control, fes clic a Configura per:

• Activar o desactivar el canvi automàtic entre Instant i Thinking

• Accedir als models heretats

• Establir l'esforç de pensament quan se seleccioni Thinking o Pro

També hem simplificat el menú de reintent, fent que sigui més fàcil regenerar respostes amb models Thinking o Pro fent clic als tres punts sota la resposta.

Accions d'escriptura per a les apps de Google i Microsoft a ChatGPT

Hem actualitzat els abasts i les accions de les apps de Google i Microsoft a ChatGPT perquè incloguin compatibilitat amb accions d'escriptura. Ara pots fer servir apps com el correu electrònic de Microsoft Outlook perquè et redacti correus, Google Docs i Sheets per crear fulls de càlcul o documents, o configurar reunions amb les apps de calendari corresponents.

Les accions d'escriptura continuen desactivades per defecte fins que els administradors de l'espai de treball les activin a Configuració > Apps > Gestiona accions per a cada app. Per a les apps de Microsoft, alguns clients també poden necessitar l'aprovació d'un administrador de Microsoft Entra per als abasts actualitzats abans que els nous usuaris es puguin connectar correctament. Una experiència d'analítica renovada, anomenada Analítica de l'espai de treball, ja està disponible per a ChatGPT Enterprise i Edu. L'analítica de l'espai de treball, que substitueix Analítica d'usuaris, introdueix analítica a nivell d'espai de treball per ajudar els administradors a entendre l'adopció, la implicació i com els equips fan servir ChatGPT a tota l'organització.

Punts destacats clau:

• Experiència d'analítica renovada: Elements visuals i navegació actualitzats, incloses noves pestanyes que mostren informació sobre com els equips fan servir ChatGPT i els resultats que genera.

• Comparacions de benchmark: Compara les mètriques d'adopció i implicació amb la mediana del sector.

• Impacte: Comprèn resultats autodeclarats com productivitat, temps estalviat, qualitat del treball i satisfacció laboral mitjançant enquestes enviades als usuaris.

  • Nota: La pestanya Impacte només estarà activada per als espais de treball Enterprise (no Edu) en el moment del llançament.

Abasts actualitzats per a les apps de Microsoft

Hem actualitzat els abasts sol·licitats per les apps de Calendari d'Outlook, Correu d'Outlook, Microsoft SharePoint i Microsoft Teams per admetre accions addicionals. Els administradors de Microsoft Entra hauran de revisar i aprovar els abasts actualitzats de l'app abans que els nous usuaris es connectin; altrament, els usuaris poden tenir problemes de connexió.

Tingues en compte que els nous abasts no posen automàticament a disposició (ni activen) noves accions per a aquestes apps (incloses les d'escriptura). Els administradors i propietaris de l'espai de treball hauran de revisar les accions d'app disponibles localitzant l'entrada de l'app a Configuració de l'espai de treball > Apps i després fent clic a Gestiona accions.

Les accions noves, quan estiguin disponibles, estan desactivades per defecte; els administradors/propietaris poden revisar-les i després activar-les si són adequades per al seu espai de treball.

Retirada dels models GPT-5.1

Des de l'11 de març de 2026, els models GPT-5.1 ja no estan disponibles a ChatGPT.

Això s'aplica a GPT-5.1 Instant, GPT-5.1 Thinking i GPT-5.1 Pro. Les converses existents que feien servir GPT-5.1 continuaran automàticament amb el model actual corresponent: GPT-5.3 Instant, GPT-5.4 Thinking o GPT-5.4 Pro.

Beta de Skills per a ChatGPT Enterprise i Edu

Presentem les Skills, una nova manera perquè els equips converteixin fluxos de treball provats en instruccions reutilitzables que ChatGPT pot aplicar automàticament. Les Skills defineixen quan cal fer servir un flux de treball, quins passos s'han de seguir i quin ha de ser el format del resultat, perquè els equips obtinguin resultats consistents sense repetir les mateixes instruccions a cada indicació.

Les Skills es poden compartir a tot un espai de treball i aplicar-se automàticament a la conversa quan sigui rellevant. Per a Enterprise i Edu, els administradors poden gestionar qui pot crear, compartir i instal·lar skills mitjançant controls basats en rols. Les Skills es troben actualment en beta i estan desactivades per defecte als espais de treball Enterprise i Edu. Els administradors les poden activar en qualsevol moment.

App de Codex a Windows

L'app de Codex ja està disponible a Windows per als espais de treball de ChatGPT Enterprise i Edu que inclouen Codex. Els membres poden executar diversos agents de Codex en paral·lel des d'un escriptori Windows, amb worktrees aïllats i diffs revisables que continuen sent interoperables amb Codex a la CLI i a l'IDE.

Els administradors no han de configurar permisos separats específics de l'app per a l'aplicació. Els permisos de Codex Local continuen regint l'ús local, i els permisos de Codex Cloud regeixen les tasques al núvol delegades des de l'app i altres superfícies de Codex basades en el núvol. Actualització de GPT-5.3 Instant

GPT‑5.3 Instant ofereix respostes més precises, resultats més rics i millor contextualitzats en cercar al web, i redueix els carrerons sense sortida innecessaris, les advertències i el to excessivament categòric que poden interrompre el flux de la conversa. GPT-5.3 Instant està desactivat per defecte als espais de treball de ChatGPT Enterprise i Edu; els administradors el poden activar mitjançant el commutador d'accés anticipat a models a la configuració de l'espai de treball, a la secció «Models».

Aquesta actualització se centra en les parts de l'experiència de ChatGPT que la gent nota cada dia: el to, la rellevància i el flux conversacional. Actualitzacions de ChatGPT al web i Android: edita indicacions d'imatges, comparteix més ràpid i gaudeix de converses més fluides

Web

• Edita missatges amb imatges. Ara pots editar els missatges que inclouen imatges adjuntes, de manera que no cal començar de nou per ajustar la indicació o tornar a generar els resultats.

• Obre els resultats de cerca en una pestanya nova. Cmd+clic al tauler de cerca ara obre els resultats en una pestanya nova perquè puguis explorar sense perdre el punt on eres.

• Compartició més ràpida. Ara compartir xats és més fàcil i ràpid gràcies a un menú que es carrega més de pressa.

• Exporta elements visuals dels blocs de codi. Els diagrames de flux, esquemes i visualitzacions de dades creats als blocs de codi ara es poden exportar com a imatges per reutilitzar-los fàcilment.

Android

• Desplaçament automàtic fins a l'últim missatge. Les converses existents ara es desplacen automàticament fins al final perquè puguis reprendre-les de seguida.

• Accions més ràpides a la barra lateral. Les interaccions amb la barra lateral, com ara canviar el nom dels xats, ara són més ràpides i àgils. 

• Elements visuals de dictat millorats. El dictat ara té una interfície més clara i simplificada que manté el text visible i l'actualitza mentre parles.

• El teclat s'obre automàticament en adjuntar fitxers. Ara el teclat s'obre automàticament després d'adjuntar un fitxer perquè puguis continuar el missatge sense interrupcions.

Ubicació de les dades per a les apps de Google Drive i GitHub amb sincronització

Les apps de Google Drive i GitHub amb sincronització ara admeten ubicació de les dades dins de la regió per a ChatGPT Enterprise/Edu a totes les regions d'ubicació de les dades admeses. Anteriorment, la ubicació de les dades per a aquestes apps només s'admetia als EUA. Actualitzacions de la recerca profunda

Estem introduint millores a la recerca profunda a ChatGPT per ajudar a produir informes més precisos i creïbles amb més control. Ara pots centrar la recerca en llocs web específics i en una col·lecció més gran d'apps connectades com a fonts de confiança. 

Un punt d'entrada redissenyat a la barra lateral i una vista d'informe a pantalla completa faciliten iniciar, revisar i gestionar la recerca des d'un sol lloc. Crea i edita un pla de recerca abans que comenci, i fes seguiment del progrés amb la possibilitat d'ajustar-ne la direcció a mig procés.

Per als espais de treball Enterprise i Edu, aquesta actualització no modifica els controls d'accés basats en rols (RBAC) actuals ni la configuració predeterminada de la recerca profunda.

Presentem l'app de Codex

Avui llancem l'app de Codex per a MacOS, un centre de comandament per gestionar diversos agents de programació en paral·lel. L'app et permet executar tasques de llarg abast i en segon pla, revisar diffs nets de worktrees aïllats, veure el progrés i les decisions de l'agent, i executar skills i automatitzacions reutilitzables. 

L'app de Codex segueix els mateixos controls d'administració que Codex local i Codex cloud. Cal activar Codex local perquè els membres puguin fer servir l'app de Codex. Els administradors/propietaris poden controlar l'accés a Codex des de la configuració de l'espai de treball -> Permisos i rols, amb RBAC, i poden fer servir l'API de compliment normatiu per gestionar i registrar l'ús de Codex.

Durant un temps limitat, els usuaris d'Enterprise/Edu sense preus flexibles reben 2x límits de peticions de Codex. Els usuaris d'Enterprise/Edu amb preus flexibles poden optar a una promoció especial; contacta amb vendes per obtenir-ne més informació.

Més models per als GPT amb accions personalitzades

Els GPT amb accions personalitzades ara poden fer servir més models al selector de models, inclosos GPT-5.2 Instant i GPT-5.2 Thinking. Els models de la sèrie o i els models Pro no són compatibles amb les accions personalitzades. La disponibilitat dels models depèn del que el teu administrador hagi activat per al teu espai de treball.

Abans, els GPT amb accions personalitzades només podien fer servir GPT-4o, GPT-4.1 i GPT-5 Instant.

Presentem el directori d'apps a ChatGPT

Ara pots explorar i afegir apps aprovades al nou directori d'apps. Les apps et permeten treballar amb les teves eines i dades directament dins d'una conversa, des d'experiències interactives dins del xat fins a connexions segures que permeten a ChatGPT cercar i consultar informació de serveis de tercers.

Com a part d'aquesta actualització, els connectors ara apareixen al directori com a apps, cosa que facilita gestionar totes les eines en un sol lloc. S'han actualitzat les referències de tot el Centre d'ajuda per reflectir aquesta nova terminologia.

Per a ChatGPT Enterprise i Edu, les apps estan desactivades per defecte. Els administradors i propietaris poden controlar quines apps estan disponibles per als usuaris amb controls d'accés basats en rols i establir quines accions pot fer cada app mitjançant la configuració de l'espai de treball. 

Les apps estan disponibles per a tots els usuaris de ChatGPT que hagin iniciat sessió, amb disponibilitat i funcionalitat que varien segons el pla i la regió. És possible que algunes apps o funcions no estiguin disponibles en determinades regions (inclosos l'EEE, la GB o Suïssa) o que requereixin nivells de pla específics.

A més, els desenvolupadors poden enviar apps per a revisió i publicació al directori d'apps, fent que les apps aprovades estiguin disponibles per a un conjunt més ampli d'usuaris de ChatGPT.

Apps & connectors admin UI refresh

We’ve refreshed the Apps & connectors section in Workspace settings for admins and owners with a clearer layout: tabs for Enabled, Available, and Draft; a streamlined list view; search and filters; and bulk actions like selecting multiple apps to manage roles or disable. Enabling actions, including sync where supported, now live directly in each connector’s listing.

Available to ChatGPT Enterprise/edu admins in Workspace settings. Note that Apps and connectors are disabled by default for Enterprise/Edu plans - enable connectors from the Available tab, setup sync, RBAC, and configure MCP actions (depending on app/connector).

GPT-5.2 in Early Access for Enterprise

This week, we’re rolling out GPT-5.2, the most capable model series yet for professional knowledge work with improved work artifact creation like spreadsheets, tool use and longer context retrieval. As with GPT-5.1, we’re continuing to improve our main models for everyone on a regular basis to make them more useful and enjoyable to use.

We’re releasing GPT-5.2 to Enterprise and Edu workspaces in Early Access, meaning you can turn it on now for your workspace in admin settings, where you can also manage access to legacy models. We’ll be transitioning custom GPTs to GPT-5.2 on January 12, 2026, and we recommend GPT creators switch as early as possible. Learn more about custom GPTs.

The OpenAI Compliance Logs Platform is a new, unified way for enterprises to export observability and compliance data via immutable, time-windowed JSONL log files. The Compliance Logs Platform is also now available with Audit, Auth, and Codex logs.

It helps deliver improved reliability, minutes-level latency, and a single ingestion pattern across multiple log categories, including the brand-new ChatGPT Audit & Authentication Logs and Codex Usage Logs. Adding the Atlassian Rovo MCP connector

We’re adding Atlassian Rovo to our list of MCP connectors, which brings in your Jira, Compass, and Confluence information to bring relevant project context into your chats. This connector enables you to take supported write actions in Jira right from ChatGPT — such as creating issues and triggering workflows—based on what you request and on patterns identified in your project data. All actions are initiated, approved and completed directly in chat.

Admins can review actions and other basic information about the connectors in Workspace settings → Apps, and set user permissions using RBAC. Users can add the Atlassian Rovo from Settings → Apps & Connectors.

The Atlassian Rovo connector is available to Enterprise, Edu, Business, Pro and Plus customers with connectors enabled for their workspace.

Model updates for Enterprise and Edu

GPT-5.1 Instant is now live in the model picker for ChatGPT Enterprise and Edu workspaces, and GPT-5.1 Auto and GPT-5.1 Thinking are no longer available as Early Access options.

GPT-5.1 Pro is now available in Early Access for Enterprise and Edu. Admins and owners can enable access in your workspace's settings. GPT-5.1 Pro is intended for more complex tasks where more reasoning is helpful.

New custom GPTs created in Enterprise and Edu will begin using GPT-5.1 as the default model. Existing custom GPTs are unchanged, and creators can still select a different model (depending on what’s enabled for the workspace and role).

New MCP connectors available today

We’re rolling out a new set of MCP access connectors built by partners and reviewed by OpenAI, including Amplitude, Fireflies, Vercel, Monday.com, Stripe, Hex, Egnyte, Alpaca, BioRender, Semrush, and Jam.dev. This is available to Enterprise, Edu, Business, Pro and Plus customers with connectors enabled for their workspace. These connectors expand the set of tools customers can bring into ChatGPT and will be followed by additional connectors on a rolling basis.

The connectors released today are access connectors, which fetch content when a user asks a question, built using MCP. Admins continue to govern access to connectors using RBAC. Connectors remain default off for Enterprise plans, and default on for Business plans.

Admins can review Actions and other basic information about these connectors in Workspace settings → Apps.

Custom connectors in company knowledge

Starting today, company knowledge will support custom MCP connectors with search/fetch functionality. Custom connectors fitting this criteria that are enabled for your organization will appear in the company knowledge experience for allowed users, giving your team a more complete, accurate, and company-specific context when using the feature.

Admins/owners can continue to manage access to custom connectors through RBAC in Workspace settings.

GPT-5.1 in ChatGPT

We’re updating GPT-5 to GPT-5.1 Instant and GPT-5.1 Thinking, making answers both smarter and more conversational. GPT-5.1 Instant now uses light adaptive reasoning for tougher questions while staying fast, and GPT-5.1 Thinking adapts its thinking time more precisely for complex tasks with clearer, less jargony responses.

GPT-5.1 Auto continues to route each query to the best model, and GPT-5 models remain available for three months under the Legacy models dropdown so you can compare and transition at your own pace.

Please note that access to GPT-5.1 is by default disabled for ChatGPT Enterprise workspaces. Admins and owners can enable access in their workspace settings.

Apps & Apps SDK now available to Enterprise/Edu plans

ChatGPT Enterprise/Edu customers will now have access to ChatGPT apps. Apps include interactive interfaces – like presentations, maps, and playlists – that respond to natural language and adapt to your conversation. You can start with a bulleted outline and ask Canva to turn it into a professional presentation, or turn a rough sketch into a FigJam diagram—all without leaving ChatGPT.

Our pilot partners—like Figma, Canva, Booking.com, Coursera, Expedia, Spotify, and Zillow—will be available to Enterprise/Edu customers in markets where their services are offered, starting in English, with more apps coming.

Synced Connector Updates

ChatGPT Enterprise/Edu workspaces can now use ChatGPT connectors for Azure Boards, Basecamp, and Zoho CRM These connectors deliver faster, higher-quality answers–especially for knowledge-heavy prompts like strategy summaries, policy lookups, and internal research.

For Enterprise/Edu workspaces, connectors are disabled by default— admins and owners can enable specific connectors at any time from their Workspace connectors settings, and configure connector access through RBAC. Individual users can connect enabled connectors they want to use from Settings > Apps & Connectors. Once enabled, ChatGPT will automatically reference the indexed content when relevant. Custom connector action controls

Admins and Owners can now enable or disable individual actions for custom connectors (e.g., to allow read but not write) and manually refresh actions to pick up developer updates. This brings finer control over what connectors can do in ChatGPT and a simple review path when new connector capabilities are added. Find these controls in Workspace Settings → Connectors → Manage actions or during publish.

Available to ChatGPT Enterprise and Edu workspaces using custom connectors. Toggles apply at the workspace level; new actions are disabled by default until approved and modified actions keep their prior state. To use Refresh, an admin/owner must connect to the connector as a user.

Synced Connector Updates

Enterprise and Edu workspaces can now use ChatGPT connectors for Aha!, Asana, ClickUp, GitLab Issues, Help Scout, Teamwork.com, and Zoho Desk. Synced connectors deliver faster, higher-quality answers – especially for knowledge-heavy prompts like strategy summaries, policy lookups, and internal research.

Individual users can connect enabled connectors they want to use from Settings > Apps & Connectors. Once enabled, ChatGPT will automatically reference the indexed content when relevant. Company knowledge in ChatGPT

Company knowledge is a new way to bring together context from all your connected tools for answers that know your business, with citations and links back to sources from your apps (for example: Slack, SharePoint, Google Drive, GitHub, Notion, HubSpot, Zendesk, Azure DevOps, Asana, and more).

Company knowledge respects your existing company permissions, so ChatGPT only has access to what each user is already authorized to view. It follows the role-based permissions admins have set for each connector. OpenAI never trains on your data by default. Learn more about OpenAI's enterprise-grade security, compliance, and data privacy programs.

Admins enable connectors for the workspace and can manage access with RBAC. At least one connector must be enabled for a user to see company knowledge.

To use it, start a chat, select company knowledge under the message composer, and ask your question to see cited results from approved connectors. Learn more in our Help Center article.

We’re rolling out full Model Context Protocol (MCP) support with developer mode so your organization can build, test, and publish MCP-powered connectors with read/write capabilities that let ChatGPT take action in your tools. Kick off workflows, create project management tasks, update your CRM, or combine connectors for more complex orchestrations.

Admins can review and publish connectors to the workspace, and use RBAC to control who can develop, test, and use each connector. Build your own MCP connector, or upload trusted third party connectors.

Updated Workspace settings

We’ve updated Workspace settings to make administration clearer and faster. A new General tab now centralizes workspace customization (name, logo, appearance, and workspace-wide instructions) and adds an AI policy modal you can configure to remind users of your organization’s AI policies on a recurring basis.

We’ve also streamlined navigation by combining Identity & provisioning with IP allowlists into a new Identity & access tab, and by renaming Settings & permissions to Permissions & roles.

Enterprise Key Management (EKM)

Enterprise Key Management (EKM) is now available for Enterprise and Edu customers. This capability allows organizations to encrypt all customer content using their own external Key Management System (KMS), giving organizations greater control over data security and compliance.

EKM supports integrations with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft Azure.

Introducing the ChatGPT app & connector for Slack

We’re rolling out two new ways to bring Slack and ChatGPT together: a connector that brings your Slack context into ChatGPT, and a ChatGPT app for Slack – an integration that enables you to chat with ChatGPT from inside Slack.

With the ChatGPT app for Slack, you can chat one-on-one with ChatGPT in a dedicated Slack sidebar – a space to ask questions, summarize long threads into action items, draft replies, and search messages and files you already have access to. Chats you start in Slack also appear in your ChatGPT sidebar, so it’s easy to pick up later from web or mobile. Semantic search is supported for Slack customers with AI enabled on Business+ or Enterprise+ plans; all other plans use keyword search.

With the ChatGPT connector for Slack, you can securely bring in context from your Slack channels and DMs, making responses more helpful Available in chat, Deep Research, and Agent Mode. Admins can enable the connector from their Workspace connectors settings, and can configure user access by RBAC. Users can enable the connector from Settings > Apps & Connectors.

Both app and connector are available to Plus, Pro, Business and Enterprise/Edu customers. Additionally, the ChatGPT app for Slack requires a paid Slack account; availability and workspace installation may depend on your Slack workspace settings.

Installing the app requires the connector to be enabled for your account.

Connector Updates

Enterprise and Edu workspaces can now use an admin-managed sync connector for SharePoint. Admins authenticate once and deploy at workspace scale—choosing to sync all sites or specific folders via a file picker—while ChatGPT enforces existing SharePoint permissions. Users are matched by email and only see files they already have access to, with no per-user setup required. Connections can be enabled, updated, or removed at any time. We’re also adding Notion and Linear as synced connectors, so teams can securely bring Notion pages and Linear issues/discussions into Chat for fast answers and summaries.

All three connectors are managed in ChatGPT workspace Admin connectors settings in the Synced connectors section (RBAC supported). Once enabled, ChatGPT will automatically reference the indexed content when relevant.

Updates to Codex

We’re rolling out new Codex capabilities to help teams work and build better: Codex now works in Slack, and supports programmatic control through the Codex SDK. We’ve also added new admin controls and analytics so workspace admins can manage Codex Cloud environments, set safe defaults for CLI/IDE usage, and monitor usage with improved dashboards. Additionally, Codex rates have been updated.

GPT-5 Auto routing control for reasoning

Enterprises on flexible pricing can now adjust how GPT-5 Auto handles reasoning requests. When enabled, these requests will route to GPT-5 Thinking Mini instead of GPT-5 Thinking.

If your workspace or custom roles have GPT-5 Thinking enabled, members can still manually select it from the model picker at any time.

Introducing project sharing

Today, we’re announcing an update to projects in ChatGPT. Now you can share projects with teammates in your workspace, adding files and instructions together to guide ChatGPT’s responses toward a shared goal. Members can chat with the project’s context to stay on the same page as new information gets added and create work that stays consistent in tone.

Shared projects are ideal for ongoing work like client management, content creation, reporting, and research.

Invite members in your workspace by individual email, group email, or shared link. Add/remove project members, set project access permissions, create new chats, add/remove files, and allow members to bring existing chats into the project. Memory is project-only, ensuring sensitive data stays safely within the project.

Note: Shared projects include a 4-week early access period until October 23, 2025. They’re off by default during this time. You can enable access for specific roles anytime with role-based access controls (RBAC), or keep the feature off for your entire workspace in Settings. It’s available everywhere you use Codex: default for cloud tasks and code review, and selectable for local workflows via the Codex CLI and IDE extension. Sharepoint sync connector

Enterprise and Edu workspaces can now use the Sharepoint synced connector, which enables workspace members to securely ask questions and get answers directly from their OneDrive and SharePoint files. Connections can be created, deleted, or modified at any time. Once enabled, ChatGPT will automatically reference your SharePoint content when relevant.

ChatGPT Enterprise workspace Admins must enable access to the Sharepoint connector and the Sharepoint sync connector in their workspace’s Admin connectors settings. Once this is enabled, each user can connect their individual account by signing in to SharePoint through an OAuth flow. Admins can further configure access settings with RBAC.

IP allowlisting

Enterprise and Edu workspaces can now enable IP allowlisting to control which IP addresses can access ChatGPT and the Compliance API. When enabled, only users from the IPs you specify will be allowed access. Any request from an unlisted IP will be blocked, even if the user has valid credentials.

This feature applies to all ChatGPT endpoints, including authenticated file downloads and Compliance API keys. For Compliance API traffic, IP Allowlisting is always enforced and cannot be turned off.

Note: IP Allowlisting is specific to ChatGPT. It does not apply to the API Platform (platform.openai.com)

Workspace owners and admins can manage allowlists in a new tab in Workspace Settings entitled IP allowlist.

GitHub connector access for Enterprise and Edu

Enterprise and Edu workspaces globally can now use the GitHub synced connector and chat connector in ChatGPT, in addition to the GitHub deep research connector.

The synced connector pre‑indexes your organization’s GitHub repositories, enabling faster and higher‑quality contextual responses about code, commits, and pull requests—making it the recommended option for improved quality.

Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Contacts are now available to connect and use in chat. Once you enable them, ChatGPT will automatically reference them when relevant, making it faster and easier to bring information from these tools into your conversations without having to manually select them each time.

If you already have Gmail or Google Calendar enabled for deep research, you can now also use them in chat. To use them in deep research, you will still need to enable each connector separately and select it every time you start a new deep research request.

Project-only memory

An improvement to projects is now available. When creating a project, users have the option to enable project-only memory.

With project-only memory enabled, ChatGPT can use other conversations in that project for additional context, and won’t use your saved memories from outside the project to shape responses. Additionally, it won’t carry anything from the project into future chats outside of the project.

This creates a focused, self-contained space, which is useful for long-running or sensitive work where you want ChatGPT to stay anchored to that project’s tone, context, and history.

Note:

• Personal Memory must be enabled to utilize this feature.

• Settings -> Personalization -> Memory

• Workspace Memory must be enabled to utilize this feature.

• Workspace owners can enable this by Workspace Settings -> Memory

• This feature will initially only be available on the ChatGPT website and Windows app. Support for mobile (iOS and Android) and macOS app will follow in the coming weeks.

• Personalize responses based on your past chats if memory is on, using examples and tips tailored to you.

• Check your understanding with open-ended prompts and feedback.

GPT-5 in ChatGPT is our next flagship model and the new default for all logged-in users. It simplifies ChatGPT to a single auto-switching system that brings together the best of our previous models into a smart, fast model.

ChatGPT Enterprise and Edu workspaces have flexibility in how legacy models are made available. Workspace admins can enable additional legacy models (GPT-4.1, GPT-4.5, OpenAI o3, o3-pro, and o4-mini) for the entire workspace in their admin settings. These models consume credits, so availability is controlled at the admin level.

Workspace Owners will gain RBAC functionality within chatgpt.com/admin/settings where they can:

• Set a default role for members who do not have one or more Custom Roles assigned

• Create custom roles with granular permissions that override the workspace default role

• Assign one or multiple Custom Roles to Groups

• View and manage Custom Roles in a centralized tab

Priority Processing in the API

We’re launching Priority processing for Enterprise API users. Priority processing offers the same premium latency and uptime SLAs as Scale Tier, but with flexible pay-as-you-go pricing and no provisioning requirements. It’s designed for latency-sensitive, user-facing workloads where consistently fast response times are important.

At launch, Priority processing is available for the following models:

• GPT-4o, GPT-4o mini

• GPT-4.1, GPT-4.1 mini, GPT-4.1 nano

• o3

• o4-mini

Enterprise customers can select Priority processing on a per-request basis using the service_tier="priority" parameter. Usage is billed separately from Scale Tier commitments. Ramp rate limits apply to protect performance during rapid traffic increases.

Releasing GPT-4.1 in ChatGPT

Since its launch in the API in April, GPT-4.1 has become a favorite among developers—by popular demand, we’re making it available directly in ChatGPT.

GPT-4.1 is a specialized model that excels at coding tasks. Compared to GPT-4o, it's even stronger at precise instruction following and web development tasks, and offers an alternative to OpenAI o3 and OpenAI o4-mini for simpler, everyday coding needs.

Starting today, Enterprise and Edu users can access GPT-4.1 via the "more models" dropdown in the model picker. GPT-4.1 has the same rate limits as GPT-4o for paid users.

Introducing GPT-4.1 mini, replacing GPT-4o mini, in ChatGPT

GPT-4.1 mini is a fast, capable, and efficient small model, delivering significant improvements compared to GPT-4o mini—in instruction-following, coding, and overall intelligence. GPT-4.1 mini replaces GPT-4o mini in the model picker under "more models" for paid users, and will serve as the fallback model for free users once they reach their GPT-4o usage limits. Rate limits remain the same.

Evals for GPT-4.1 and GPT-4.1 mini were originally shared in the blog post accompanying their API release. They also went through standard safety evaluations. Detailed results are available in the newly launched Safety Evaluations Hub.

You can now export your deep research reports as well-formatted PDFs—complete with tables, images, linked citations, and sources.

To use, click the share icon and select 'Download as PDF.' It works for both new and past reports.

Mobile UI Composer Consolidation (iOS/Android)

We've removed the row of individual tool icons from the mobile composer and replaces it with the new sliders‑style icon to open the Skills menu; tapping that button opens a bottom‑sheet menu where users can choose tools like Create an image or Search the web.

No tools are deprecated—access is simply consolidated to clear space and reduce on‑screen clutter.

The revamped User Analytics dashboard can be accessed in the Manage workspace console in the Analytics tab. It provides more comprehensive data on usage, adoption, and engagement than the original analytics tab.

With the introduction of o3 and o4-mini / o4-mini-high, they will supersede o1 and o3-mini / o3-mini-high respectively within ChatGPT.

OpenAI o3 is our most powerful reasoning model that pushes the frontier across coding, math, science, visual perception, and more. It sets a new SOTA on benchmarks including Codeforces, SWE-bench (without building a custom model-specific scaffold), and MMMU. It’s ideal for complex queries requiring multi-faceted analysis and whose answers may not be immediately obvious. It performs especially strongly at visual tasks like analyzing images, charts, and graphics. In evaluations by external experts, o3 makes 20 percent fewer major errors than OpenAI o1 on difficult, real-world tasks—especially excelling in areas like programming, business/consulting, and creative ideation. Early testers highlighted its analytical rigor as a thought partner and emphasized its ability to generate and critically evaluate novel hypotheses—particularly within biology, math, and engineering contexts.

OpenAI o4-mini is a smaller model optimized for fast, cost-efficient reasoning—it achieves remarkable performance for its size and cost, particularly in math, coding, and visual tasks. It is the best-performing benchmarked model on AIME 2024 and 2025. In expert evaluations, it also outperforms its predecessor, o3‑mini, on non-STEM tasks as well as domains like data science. Thanks to its efficiency, o4-mini supports significantly higher usage limits than o3, making it a strong high-volume, high-throughput option for questions that benefit from reasoning.

ChatGPT images

Image generation in GPT-4o is now available to all users as the default image generator in ChatGPT. Users who prefer to continue with DALL·E can still access it through the DALL·E GPT.

You can generate images with ChatGPT by simply asking the model to create an image with the details you want, or by selecting the Create image option in the composer. Learn more.

User Analytics in ChatGPT - public beta

The revamped User Analytics dashboard can be accessed in the Manage workspace console in the Analytics tab. It provides more comprehensive data on usage, adoption, and engagement than the original analytics tab.

This improved dashboard gives Admins a high-level view of how ChatGPT is being used across your organization—use it to track adoption and engagement, understand usage patterns for top tools and GPTs, and identify use cases and user trends.

Coding with Work with Apps on macOS

When working with IDEs, you can ask ChatGPT to edit open files directly—no copy-pasting required. When you ask for an edit, ChatGPT will generate a diff that you can review and apply, and there’s also an option to automatically apply edits. Diffs are easy to revert in the ChatGPT UI, or by using CMD+Z in your editor.

Enterprise admins can flip the "Work with Apps" toggle off in their Admin Settings to disable this functionality for their workspace members.

GPT-4.5 in ChatGPT

As of March 13, 2025, users in Enterprise and Edu plans will now be able to use our GPT-4.5 model in ChatGPT!

o1 pro mode and o3-mini in ChatGPT

In ChatGPT o1 pro mode is now available to Enterprise and o3-mini to Enterprise Edu!

• o3-mini: OpenAI o3-mini has replaced o1-mini in the model picker. It’s more cost effective and offers higher rate limits at lower latency. It’s a reasoning model, making it a great choice for coding, STEM, and logical problem-solving tasks. o3-mini shows its chain of thought, and can browse the web.

• o1 pro mode: Also available in the model picker this week is o1 pro mode. Designed for accuracy and depth, it excels in research, engineering, business, and law—ideal for professionals tackling highly complex challenges. O1 pro mode will take longer to think through a problem. So responses can take some time. Due to its computational intensity, each user is limited to five queries per month. For most tasks, o1, o3-mini, or GPT-4o will remain optimal choices.

Re: File Uploads

• Images, docs, and pdfs are supported in the o1, o3-mini, and o3-mini-high models. No spreadsheets (csv/excel).

• Only images are supported in o1 pro mode. No docs/pdf and no spreadsheets (csv/excel).

Canvas Sharing

ChatGPT Enterprise and Edu users can now share a Canvas asset such as rendered React/HTML code, document, or code with another user, similar to how you share a conversation. You can do this from the Canvas toolbar when Canvas is open.

Visual Retrieval (PDFs) for ChatGPT Enterprise

ChatGPT Enterprise now supports reading and understanding visuals (images, graphs, diagrams, etc.) embedded in PDF files. Users can upload a PDF, and ChatGPT can interpret the text and any visual elements within that file.

o1

Starting today, all ChatGPT Enterprise customers will be able to access o1 through the model selector, replacing o1-preview.

o1 can now be used to reason about image uploads, opening up new applications by analyzing and explaining visual representations with more detail and accuracy. We have also trained the model to be more concise in its thinking, resulting in faster response times than o1-preview.

Apple Intelligence with ChatGPT

ChatGPT admins can now enable and disable access to Apple Intelligence from their workspace admin settings, under Connections.

If this setting is toggled off, users cannot select their ChatGPT Enterprise/Edu workspace when logging in with their OpenAI credentials.

Canvas

Today we made Canvas available in 4o by default for all users, Free and Paid. Additionally, we launched a number of new capabilities for canvas, including:

• Canvas in GPTs: Canvas can now be used with GPTs when enabled in the GPT creator. This toggle will be enabled for newly created GPTs by default.

• Python code execution: You can now execute Python code in a canvas. ChatGPT will take a pass on fixing bugs in your code and provide comments on errors. Please note that executing Python can make external network requests, and Enterprise workspace admins can disable Python code execution by toggling the Canvas code execution setting in their Admin settings. This is turned off by default for all Enterprise accounts.

• Canvas shortcut: You can now paste content into ChatGPT and instantly open it in canvas via a shortcut in the upper right corner of the composer.

• Canvas in Toolbox: Canvas has been added as an option in the toolbox.

Workspace admins can now use the Compliance API to get, list, and delete canvas text documents.

Please note that the Admin Setting to disable canvas has been removed, as this feature is now out of beta. If this was previously disabled, we will continue to honor that setting. Please contact support@openai.com if you would like to update this setting for your Enterprise/Edu workspace

Updates to the ChatGPT Web experience

We are rolling out the following updates over the next two weeks to all ChatGPT users.

Sidebar redesign

• New floating mode added with soft dismiss behavior

• Recent conversations are now limited in the sidebar, with an unlimited infinite scroll flyout for all conversations

• Recent GPTs & Pinned GPT's are now displayed below conversations

• Settings are now always in the bottom of the sidebar

• A small settings icon was added in larger viewports when the sidebar is not open

• New transitions were added to create a more immersive feel

Other updates for ChatGPT on Web

• The core underpinnings of the site were revamped, offering much better support for a larger variety of devices and sizes

• Initiating a new conversation now scrolls it into view at the top of the screen

• Initiating a new conversation no longer auto scrolls to the bottom while the message is generating

• The sidebar when pinned can now stay open with an active Canvas if enough space is available

• A new composer bar layout now fades content underneath it as you scroll with an updated look & feel

• The new chat button has been moved to the left of the Model Picker to be easier to access

• The system icon in conversations has been removed to make additional horizontal space

• Dall-E focused view has an updated layout

• GPT Creator has an updated layout

Improved Mobile Web Experience

• The experience with the on-screen keyboard on mobile devices has been greatly improved across iOS & Android devices

• The new sidebar is always in floating mode and auto closes when switching threads

• We no longer focus the composer on mobile web when switching conversations

• An issue causing scroll to get stuck in certain situations should be resolved

This update to GPT-4o includes improved writing capabilities that are now more natural, audience-aware, and tailored to improve relevance and readability. This model is also better at working with uploaded files, providing deeper insights and more thorough responses.

Advanced Voice for ChatGPT Web

Starting today, we’re beginning to roll out Advanced Voice Mode on web (already available on mobile and desktop apps). Users can now start a voice chat on chatgpt.com on their desktop and have real-time, natural conversations with ChatGPT while doing tasks like, planning, writing, and brainstorming.

Windows App

The improved Windows app is now available through the Microsoft Store for ChatGPT Enterprise and Edu workspaces. ChatGPT users that are familiar with our experience on the web can seamlessly integrate the Windows app into anything they’re doing on their computer.

User access to the ChatGPT Windows app will follow your IT admin’s policies for apps in the Microsoft Store. In the coming weeks, IT admins will also have the option to deploy the app to employee devices via MDM/MAM, rather than allowing direct downloads from the Store.

As with any ChatGPT Enterprise experience, user chat history is secure and will not be used to improve OpenAI's services.
