Cập nhật Codex: Computer Use và điều khiển từ xa cho Windows, hồ sơ sử dụng
Codex hiện hỗ trợ Computer Use trên Windows trong ứng dụng Codex. Người dùng Business có quyền truy cập Codex có thể dùng Computer Use để cho Codex xem, nhấp và nhập trong các ứng dụng Windows. Người dùng cũng có thể tiếp tục quy trình Windows từ ChatGPT trên iOS hoặc Android, hoặc từ Codex trên Mac, để kiểm tra tiến độ, trả lời câu lệnh và điều hướng khi rời bàn, trong khi máy Windows vẫn là máy chủ cho tệp dự án, shell, máy chủ ứng dụng và ngữ cảnh cục bộ.
Để thử Computer Use trên Windows, hãy cài plugin Computer Use từ chợ Plugins và gọi bằng @ mention, hoặc Codex có thể dùng khi phù hợp với tác vụ.
Bản phát hành này cũng cải thiện độ phản hồi của ứng dụng Codex, tốc độ, độ ổn định và khả năng tương thích web của trình duyệt trong ứng dụng, đồng thời thêm hồ sơ Codex đang triển khai dần cho người dùng đủ điều kiện. Hồ sơ cho phép người dùng xem lại và theo dõi danh tính Codex, hoạt động theo thời gian, chi tiết hồ sơ, thống kê sử dụng và hoạt động token.
Computer Use trên Windows chưa khả dụng tại Khu vực Kinh tế Châu Âu, Vương quốc Anh và Thụy Sĩ khi ra mắt.

Mẫu ứng dụng cho GitHub Enterprise, Snowflake và Databricks
Quản trị viên và chủ sở hữu không gian làm việc trên gói Business hiện có thể dùng mẫu ứng dụng ChatGPT để tạo ứng dụng dành riêng cho không gian làm việc cho GitHub Enterprise, Snowflake và Databricks. Mẫu ứng dụng cung cấp luồng thiết lập có hướng dẫn cho cấu hình theo nhà cung cấp như thông tin xác thực OAuth, URL callback, chi tiết webhook, URL máy chủ MCP được quản lý và quyền kiểm soát truy cập không gian làm việc trước khi quản trị viên xuất bản ứng dụng cho thành viên.
Dùng các hướng dẫn thiết lập mới để hiểu luồng mẫu ứng dụng chung và các bước theo nhà cung cấp cho từng mẫu: Mẫu ứng dụng ChatGPT, Mẫu ứng dụng GitHub Enterprise, Mẫu ứng dụng Snowflake và Mẫu ứng dụng Databricks.
Sau khi xuất bản, quản trị viên có thể quản lý ứng dụng tạo ra từ Cài đặt không gian làm việc > Ứng dụng > Đã bật, gồm quyền truy cập theo vai trò, kiểm soát hành động và xác nhận hành động.

Cập nhật Codex: ngữ cảnh phong phú hơn, plugin dùng chung, chế độ mục tiêu, cải tiến trình duyệt, dùng từ xa khi khóa và phân tích
Codex hiện cung cấp cho nhóm nhiều cách hơn để đưa ngữ cảnh vào quy trình dài, tái sử dụng công cụ nội bộ và theo dõi mức độ áp dụng:
Appshots trong ứng dụng macOS cho phép người dùng đính kèm cửa sổ ứng dụng vào một luồng Codex bằng phím tắt, gồm ảnh chụp màn hình và văn bản khả dụng.
Chế độ mục tiêu hiện khả dụng rộng rãi trên ứng dụng Codex, tiện ích IDE và CLI, để người dùng xác định kết quả cùng tiêu chí thành công và để Codex tiếp tục làm việc hướng tới mục tiêu đó.
Chú thích trình duyệt trong ứng dụng hỗ trợ phản hồi kiểu dáng chính xác hơn cho công việc dựa trên trình duyệt và frontend.
Sử dụng máy tính khi đã khóa cho phép người dùng để Codex tiếp tục làm việc từ xa và an toàn sau khi Mac bị khóa, tùy theo các ràng buộc khu vực hiện có. Quản trị viên và chủ sở hữu có thể tắt tính năng này bằng cách đặt
remote_computer_use = falsetrong cài đặt Policies & Configurations trên Codex cloud. Chia sẻ plugin cho phép người dùng ChatGPT Business chia sẻ plugin tạo cục bộ với thành viên không gian làm việc từ ứng dụng Codex để nhóm tái sử dụng công cụ và quy trình nội bộ. Plugin dùng chung vẫn nằm trong ranh giới không gian làm việc và tổ chức, xuất hiện dưới mục Được chia sẻ với bạn, và có thể bị quản trị viên/chủ sở hữu tắt bằng
plugin_sharing = falsetrong cài đặt Policies & Configurations trên Codex cloud. Truy cập từ xa Codex và token truy cập cho tự động hóa
Các nhóm hiện có thể dùng ứng dụng di động ChatGPT để duy trì kết nối với công việc Codex đang chạy trên máy Mac chủ, giúp trả lời câu hỏi, chuyển hướng công việc, phê duyệt hành động, xem xét đầu ra và giữ các tác vụ chạy lâu tiếp tục khi rời máy chủ dễ hơn. Trải nghiệm di động phản ánh trạng thái trực tiếp của môi trường đã kết nối, gồm ngữ cảnh dự án, phê duyệt, ảnh chụp màn hình, đầu ra terminal, diff và kết quả kiểm thử.
Codex cũng thêm token truy cập cho các quy trình cục bộ đáng tin cậy, không tương tác, để tự động hóa đã phê duyệt có thể chạy qua script, bộ lập lịch hoặc private CI runner với danh tính không gian làm việc ChatGPT.
Codex trong ứng dụng di động ChatGPT đang được triển khai ở bản xem trước trên iOS và Android cho mọi gói, bao gồm Business, tại các khu vực được hỗ trợ. Để dùng thử, hãy cập nhật cả ứng dụng di động ChatGPT và ứng dụng Codex trên macOS. Phân tích và Tác nhân trong bảng điều khiển quản trị toàn cục
Bảng điều khiển quản trị toàn cục hiện có các khu vực Phân tích và Tác nhân mới. Phân tích cung cấp cho quản trị viên chế độ xem hợp nhất về mức độ áp dụng và sử dụng, với chế độ xem xu hướng cho người dùng hoạt động và hoạt động tin nhắn, cùng phân tích chi tiết cho GPT, dự án, kỹ năng, người dùng, tương tác công cụ, tương tác connector và sức khỏe không gian làm việc.
Tác nhân cung cấp cho quản trị viên chế độ xem hợp nhất về tác nhân không gian làm việc trong toàn tổ chức. Quản trị viên có thể mở một tác nhân để xem chi tiết như ID tác nhân, hoạt động gần đây, ứng dụng đã kết nối, tệp bộ nhớ, lịch và phân tích tác nhân như người dùng duy nhất và lượt chạy theo thời gian, hoặc chuyển vào Builder để chỉnh sửa. ChatGPT cho Excel và Google Sheets
ChatGPT cho Excel và Google Sheets hiện khả dụng toàn cầu cho ChatGPT Business, mang đến cho nhóm một thanh bên ChatGPT gốc bảng tính trong Excel và Google Sheets để tạo, dọn dẹp, cập nhật và giải thích sổ làm việc. Tính năng này hỗ trợ Skills và ứng dụng ở nơi khả dụng, để công việc bảng tính có thể dùng tệp, hệ thống và nguồn dữ liệu đã được phê duyệt từ tài khoản ChatGPT của người dùng.
Khách hàng Business có bản xem trước miễn phí đến ngày 2 tháng 6 năm 2026; sau đó, mức sử dụng tuân theo tín dụng gói và điều khoản sử dụng. Quản trị viên có thể bật ChatGPT cho Excel và Sheets trong cài đặt không gian làm việc và bật ứng dụng trong cổng quản trị; tính khả dụng của ứng dụng có thể phụ thuộc vào quyền lợi, cài đặt quản trị và quyền nguồn. Tác nhân không gian làm việc ChatGPT cho Enterprise và Business
Các tác nhân không gian làm việc ChatGPT sẽ được triển khai dần trong vài tuần tới cho các không gian làm việc ChatGPT Business.
Workspace Agents cho phép tổ chức xây dựng và dùng tác nhân cho các tác vụ lặp lại, đồng thời tự động hóa quy trình kinh doanh bằng tất cả ứng dụng đã kết nối của bạn và có thể chạy trong ChatGPT và/hoặc Slack. Tác nhân không gian làm việc có thể được tạo, xem trước trước khi xuất bản, chia sẻ trong không gian làm việc và chạy theo lịch.
Các không gian làm việc đủ điều kiện hiện có thể:
Tạo tác nhân từ mẫu hoặc xây dựng từ đầu.
Kết nối tác nhân với công cụ và ứng dụng như Google Drive, Google Calendar, Slack và SharePoint.
Thêm kỹ năng, tệp và máy chủ MCP tùy chỉnh.
Chia sẻ tác nhân riêng tư, bằng liên kết hoặc trong thư mục không gian làm việc.
Lên lịch chạy định kỳ trong ChatGPT.
Dùng tác nhân trong các kênh Slack đã kết nối.
Xem lịch sử phiên bản và phân tích cho tác nhân.
Quản trị viên không gian làm việc cũng có thể quản lý quyền truy cập vào việc xây dựng, xuất bản tác nhân và sử dụng Slack qua các quyền kiểm soát quản trị. Tác nhân không gian làm việc ChatGPT được bật theo mặc định khi ra mắt.
Nơi lưu trú dữ liệu cho ứng dụng có đồng bộ tại Nhật Bản
Tất cả ứng dụng có đồng bộ hiện hỗ trợ nơi lưu trú dữ liệu trong khu vực tại Nhật Bản cho các không gian làm việc ChatGPT Business đủ điều kiện. Trước đây tại Nhật Bản, nơi lưu trú dữ liệu cho ứng dụng có đồng bộ chỉ giới hạn ở Google Drive và GitHub. Lần ra mắt này mở rộng hỗ trợ nơi lưu trú dữ liệu tại Nhật Bản cho tất cả connector đồng bộ. Đơn giản hóa quyền kiểm soát hành động ứng dụng
Chủ sở hữu và quản trị viên không gian làm việc hiện có thể quản lý hành động ứng dụng bằng mô hình đơn giản hóa trong Cài đặt không gian làm việc > Ứng dụng. Trong Kiểm soát hành động, quản trị viên có thể chọn ứng dụng cho phép tất cả hành động, chỉ cho phép hành động đọc hoặc dùng cấu hình tùy chỉnh cho các hành động hiện tại.
Quản trị viên cũng có thể chọn cách xử lý các hành động được thêm sau này bằng cách bật tất cả hành động mới, chỉ bật hành động đọc mới hoặc tắt hành động mới cho đến khi được xem xét. Điều này giúp quản lý quyền ứng dụng dễ hơn trong khi vẫn giữ quyền kiểm soát chi tiết khi cần.
Chủ sở hữu và quản trị viên có thể muốn xem lại các ứng dụng hiện đang bật, quyền truy cập RBAC và cài đặt hành động ứng dụng để xác nhận chính sách của từng ứng dụng phù hợp với nhu cầu không gian làm việc. Phân tích không gian làm việc cho Business
Trải nghiệm phân tích được làm mới, có tên Phân tích không gian làm việc, hiện khả dụng cho ChatGPT Business. Phân tích không gian làm việc thay thế Phân tích người dùng bằng chế độ xem cấp không gian làm việc đơn giản hơn, giúp quản trị viên hiểu mức độ áp dụng tổng thể và mức sử dụng Codex trong tổ chức.
Điểm nổi bật chính:
Trải nghiệm phân tích được làm mới: Hình ảnh và điều hướng cập nhật với bảng điều khiển tinh gọn để xem nhanh hoạt động không gian làm việc.
Chỉ số tóm tắt không gian làm việc: Xem các chỉ số chính như người dùng hoạt động, tổng tin nhắn đã gửi và tổng tín dụng đã dùng trong khoảng thời gian đã chọn.
Bảng sử dụng cấp thành viên: Xem mức sử dụng theo thành viên không gian làm việc, gồm loại ghế, tín dụng đã dùng và tin nhắn đã gửi.
Khoảng ngày linh hoạt: Phân tích hoạt động theo các cửa sổ đặt sẵn gồm 7 ngày, 1 tháng, 6 tháng, 12 tháng hoặc khoảng tùy chỉnh.
Khả năng quan sát Codex: Chuyển trực tiếp đến phân tích Codex để có thông tin nhẹ về mức dùng tín dụng và hoạt động nhà phát triển.
Tìm kiếm và lọc: Nhanh chóng tìm thành viên cụ thể và xem xét mẫu sử dụng cá nhân.

Hành động hộp thư dùng chung và lịch dùng chung Outlook
Ứng dụng Outlook Email and Calendar cho ChatGPT hiện hỗ trợ thêm quy trình Outlook được ủy quyền cho nhóm. Với quyền Microsoft phù hợp, người dùng có thể yêu cầu ChatGPT liệt kê và đọc thư trong hộp thư dùng chung, duyệt thư mục hộp thư dùng chung, đánh dấu thư dùng chung đã đọc hoặc chưa đọc, di chuyển thư dùng chung và gửi email văn bản thuần từ hoặc thay mặt hộp thư dùng chung. ChatGPT cũng có thể tạo, cập nhật, phản hồi, hủy, xóa và đính kèm tệp nhỏ vào sự kiện trên lịch Outlook dùng chung.
Chủ sở hữu và quản trị viên không gian làm việc nên xem lại quyền kiểm soát hành động của ứng dụng Outlook trước khi bật các hành động mới thêm. Ghế Codex mới trong ChatGPT Business
Chúng tôi giới thiệu một loại ghế mới: ghế Codex dựa trên định giá linh hoạt theo tín dụng. Ghế Codex không có chi phí cố định hằng tháng và chỉ cung cấp quyền truy cập Codex — không bao gồm quyền truy cập không gian làm việc ChatGPT. Ứng dụng Box, Notion, Linear và Dropbox đã cập nhật
Chúng tôi đang triển khai các ứng dụng Box, Notion, Linear và Dropbox đã cập nhật trong ChatGPT Business. Các bản cập nhật này thêm hành động ứng dụng mới, gồm khả năng ghi mới khi được hỗ trợ, và đưa trải nghiệm ứng dụng mới nhất vào ChatGPT.
Các ứng dụng này được bật tự động, và quản trị viên/chủ sở hữu không gian làm việc có thể xem xét hành động ứng dụng trong Cài đặt không gian làm việc > Ứng dụng để bật những hành động phù hợp với nhu cầu không gian làm việc. Ngoài ra, hành động mới có thể liên quan đến phạm vi đã cập nhật — quản trị viên/chủ sở hữu nên kiểm tra các trang ứng dụng Box, Notion, Linear và Dropbox để biết chi tiết, đồng thời ủy quyền mọi phạm vi mới cần thiết để hỗ trợ hành động mới (như hành động ghi). Người dùng mới có thể không kết nối được các ứng dụng này cho đến khi đáp ứng ủy quyền phạm vi, hoặc hành động được bật/tắt phù hợp với phạm vi đã ủy quyền.
Thành viên đã kết nối các ứng dụng này trước đây có thể cần kết nối lại ứng dụng sau khi quản trị viên xem xét để bắt đầu dùng trải nghiệm đã cập nhật.

Plugin trong Codex
Codex hiện có thư mục plugin được tuyển chọn, cho phép người dùng khám phá, cài đặt và dùng các quy trình đóng gói được xây dựng từ ứng dụng và kỹ năng ngay trong Codex. Plugin là các gói có thể cài đặt cho quy trình Codex tái sử dụng, giúp chia sẻ cùng một thiết lập giữa các dự án hoặc nhóm dễ hơn. Plugin có thể đóng gói kỹ năng, tích hợp ứng dụng tùy chọn và cấu hình máy chủ MCP ở một nơi duy nhất. Tìm hiểu thêm.
Tính khả dụng của plugin tuân theo quyền kiểm soát ứng dụng trong không gian làm việc, nên nếu ứng dụng nền bị tắt, plugin tương ứng cũng có thể không khả dụng. Chủ sở hữu không gian làm việc có thể quản lý quyền truy cập ứng dụng trong Cài đặt không gian làm việc → Ứng dụng.

Hợp nhất ứng dụng Google Drive
Các ứng dụng tệp của Google trong ChatGPT hiện được hợp nhất dưới Google Drive, cung cấp một trải nghiệm ứng dụng duy nhất để tương tác với Google Docs, Sheets và Slides của bạn trên Google Drive.
Các hành động Google Drive mới được bật mặc định cho không gian làm việc Business. Quản trị viên/chủ sở hữu có thể xem xét và quản lý hành động từ Cài đặt không gian làm việc > Ứng dụng. Tìm mục Google Drive và nhấp Quản lý hành động.
Người dùng hiện tại của các ứng dụng Google Drive, Docs, Sheets và Slides không bị ảnh hưởng — các ứng dụng đã kết nối trước đây vẫn tiếp tục hoạt động. Để tận dụng trải nghiệm hợp nhất, người dùng hiện tại có thể ngắt kết nối rồi kết nối lại ứng dụng Google Drive để bắt đầu dùng các hành động mới trong ChatGPT. Người dùng mới có thể kết nối với ứng dụng Google Drive để dùng các hành động Docs, Sheets và Slides mà không cần kết nối các ứng dụng riêng lẻ.
Quản trị viên Google Workspace có thể cần ủy quyền lại các phạm vi Google tương ứng với hành động ứng dụng — nếu không, người dùng có thể gặp lỗi kết nối khi cố kết nối. Đọc thêm.

Chế độ nghiên cứu sâu cũ sẽ bị gỡ bỏ vào Thứ Năm, ngày 26 tháng 3 năm 2026. Thay đổi này chỉ ảnh hưởng đến chế độ cũ; trải nghiệm nghiên cứu sâu hiện tại sẽ không đổi.
Các cuộc trò chuyện và kết quả trước đây vẫn có thể truy cập.

Hành động ghi cho ứng dụng Microsoft và Google trong ChatGPT
Chúng tôi đã cập nhật phạm vi và hành động trong ứng dụng Google và Microsoft trong ChatGPT để hỗ trợ hành động ghi. Giờ đây, bạn có thể dùng các ứng dụng như Microsoft Outlook email để soạn email, Google docs và sheets để tạo bảng tính hoặc tài liệu, hoặc thiết lập cuộc họp bằng các ứng dụng lịch tương ứng.
Hành động ghi vẫn bị tắt theo mặc định cho đến khi quản trị viên không gian làm việc bật trong Cài đặt không gian làm việc > Ứng dụng > Quản lý hành động cho từng ứng dụng. Với ứng dụng Microsoft, một số khách hàng cũng có thể cần quản trị viên Microsoft Entra phê duyệt các phạm vi đã cập nhật trước khi người dùng mới có thể kết nối thành công. Phạm vi cập nhật cho ứng dụng Microsoft
Chúng tôi đã cập nhật các phạm vi mà ứng dụng Outlook Calendar, Outlook Email, Microsoft SharePoint và Microsoft Teams yêu cầu để hỗ trợ thêm hành động. Quản trị viên Microsoft Entra cần xem xét và phê duyệt các phạm vi ứng dụng đã cập nhật trước khi người dùng mới kết nối — nếu không, người dùng có thể gặp sự cố kết nối.
Lưu ý rằng các phạm vi mới không tự động làm cho các hành động mới của những ứng dụng này khả dụng (hoặc bật), bao gồm mọi hành động ghi. Quản trị viên và chủ sở hữu không gian làm việc cần xem lại các hành động ứng dụng khả dụng bằng cách tìm mục ứng dụng trong Cài đặt không gian làm việc > Ứng dụng, rồi nhấp Quản lý hành động.
Các hành động mới, khi được cung cấp, sẽ bị tắt theo mặc định — quản trị viên/chủ sở hữu có thể xem xét rồi bật nếu phù hợp với không gian làm việc của họ.

Ứng dụng Codex trên Windows
Ứng dụng Codex hiện có trên Windows cho các không gian làm việc ChatGPT Business có Codex. Ứng dụng cung cấp cho thành viên một giao diện desktop Windows để chạy nhiều tác nhân Codex song song, với worktree tách biệt, diff có thể xem xét và khả năng tương tác với Codex trong CLI và IDE.
Thành viên có thể đăng nhập bằng ChatGPT từ ứng dụng để bắt đầu làm việc trong môi trường Windows, và quản trị viên không cần cấu hình mô hình quyền riêng cho ứng dụng. Giới thiệu ứng dụng Codex
Hôm nay, chúng tôi phát hành ứng dụng Codex cho MacOS, một trung tâm chỉ huy để quản lý nhiều tác nhân lập trình song song. Ứng dụng cho phép bạn chạy tác vụ dài hạn và nền, xem xét diff sạch từ các worktree tách biệt, theo dõi tiến độ và quyết định của tác nhân, cũng như thực thi kỹ năng và tự động hóa tái sử dụng.
Ứng dụng Codex tuân theo cùng các quyền kiểm soát quản trị như Codex local và Codex cloud. Codex local phải được bật để thành viên dùng ứng dụng Codex. Quản trị viên/chủ sở hữu có thể kiểm soát quyền truy cập Codex từ Cài đặt không gian làm việc -> Quyền & vai trò.
Chúng tôi cũng giới thiệu ưu đãi có thời hạn — người dùng Business nhận giới hạn tốc độ Codex gấp 2 lần. Bắt đầu bằng cách tải xuống ứng dụng macOS và tìm hiểu thêm về Codex.

Giới thiệu thư mục ứng dụng trong ChatGPT
Giờ đây, bạn có thể duyệt và thêm các ứng dụng đã được phê duyệt trong thư mục ứng dụng mới. Apps & connectors admin UI refresh
We’ve refreshed the Apps & connectors section in Workspace settings for admins and owners with a clearer layout: tabs for Enabled, Available, and Draft; a streamlined list view; search and filters; and bulk actions like selecting multiple apps to manage roles or disable. Enabling actions, including sync where supported, now live directly in each connector’s listing.

Atlassian Rovo MCP connector
We’re adding Atlassian Rovo to our list of MCP connectors, which brings in your Jira, Compass, and Confluence information to bring relevant project context into your chats. This connector enables you to take supported write actions in Jira right from ChatGPT — such as creating issues and triggering workflows—based on what you request and on patterns identified in your project data. All actions are initiated, approved and completed directly in chat.
Admins can review actions and other basic information about the connectors in Workspace settings → App. Users can add the Atlassian Rovo from Settings → Apps & Connectors.
The Atlassian Rovo connector is available to Enterprise, Edu, Business, Pro and Plus customers with connectors enabled for their workspace.

New MCP connectors available today
We’re rolling out a new set of MCP access connectors built by partners and reviewed by OpenAI, including Amplitude, Fireflies, Vercel, Monday.com, Stripe, Hex, Egnyte, Alpaca, BioRender, Semrush, and Jam.dev. This is available to Enterprise, Edu, Business, Pro and Plus customers with connectors enabled for their workspace. These connectors expand the set of tools customers can bring into ChatGPT and will be followed by additional connectors on a rolling basis.
The connectors released today are access connectors, which fetch content when a user asks a question, built using MCP. Connectors remain default off for Enterprise plans, and default on for Business plans.
Admins can review Actions and other basic information about these connectors in Workspace settings → Apps.

Custom connectors in company knowledge
Starting today, company knowledge will support custom MCP connectors with search/fetch functionality. Custom connectors fitting this criteria that are enabled for your organization will appear in the company knowledge experience for users that have enabled them for allowed users, giving your team a more complete, accurate, and company-specific context when using the feature.
Admins/owners can continue to manage access to custom connectors in Workspace settings.

Apps & Apps SDK now available to Business plans
ChatGPT Business customers will now have access to ChatGPT apps. Apps include interactive interfaces – like presentations, maps, and playlists – that respond to natural language and adapt to your conversation. You can start with a bulleted outline and ask Canva to turn it into a professional presentation, or turn a rough sketch into a FigJam diagram—all without leaving ChatGPT.
Our pilot partners—like Figma, Canva, Booking.com, Coursera, Expedia, Spotify, and Zillow—will be available to Business customers in markets where their services are offered, starting in English, with more apps coming.
You can also build your own apps with the Apps SDK, then test and deploy it for your team using developer mode.

We’re rolling out full Model Context Protocol (MCP) support with developer mode so your organization can build, test, and publish MCP-powered connectors with read/write capabilities that let ChatGPT take action in your tools. Introducing the ChatGPT app and ChatGPT connector for Slack
We’re rolling out two new ways to bring Slack and ChatGPT together: a connector that brings your Slack context into ChatGPT, and a ChatGPT app for Slack – an integration that enables you to chat with ChatGPT from inside Slack.
With the ChatGPT app for Slack, you can chat one-on-one with ChatGPT in a dedicated Slack sidebar – a space to ask questions, summarize long threads into action items, draft replies, and search messages and files you already have access to. Chats you start in Slack also appear in your ChatGPT sidebar, so it’s easy to pick up later from web or mobile. Semantic search is supported for Slack customers with AI enabled on Business+ or Enterprise+ plans; all other plans use keyword search.
With the ChatGPT connector for Slack, you can securely bring in context from your Slack channels and DMs, making responses more helpful Available in chat, Deep Research, and Agent Mode. The connector is enabled by default for Business customers, and users can enable from Settings > Apps & Connectors.
Both app and connector are available to Plus, Pro, Business and Enterprise/Edu customers. Additionally, the ChatGPT app for Slack requires a paid Slack account; availability and workspace installation may depend on your Slack workspace settings.
Installing the app requires the connector to be enabled for your account.

Adding Notion and Linear synced connectors
We’re adding Notion and Linear as synced connectors, so teams can securely bring Notion pages and Linear issues/discussions into Chat for fast answers and summaries. Both connectors are managed in Admin connectors settings, in the Synced connectors section. Users can enable sync from their Connector settings. Updates to Codex
We’re rolling out new Codex capabilities to help teams work and build better: Codex now works in Slack, and supports programmatic control through the Codex SDK. We’ve also added new admin controls and analytics so workspace admins can manage Codex Cloud environments, set safe defaults for CLI/IDE usage, and monitor usage with improved dashboards. Additionally, Codex rates have been updated.

Introducing project sharing
Today, we’re announcing an update to projects in ChatGPT. Now you can share projects with teammates in your workspace, adding files and instructions together to guide ChatGPT’s responses toward a shared goal. Members can chat with the project’s context to stay on the same page as new information gets added and create work that stays consistent in tone.
Shared projects are ideal for ongoing work like client management, content creation, reporting, and research.
Invite members in your workspace by individual email, group email, or shared link. Add/remove project members, set project access permissions, create new chats, add/remove files, and allow members to bring existing chats into the project. Memory is project-only, ensuring sensitive data stays safely within the project.

We’re adding GPT-5-codex, a GPT-5 variant optimized for agentic coding in Codex. It’s available everywhere you use Codex: default for cloud tasks and code review, and selectable for local workflows via the Codex CLI and IDE extension. Use GPT-5-codex for coding-focused work in Codex, or Codex-like environments; use GPT-5 for general, non-coding tasks. Please review the announcement blog for more information.

Sharepoint synced connector
ChatGPT Business workspaces can now use the Sharepoint synced connector, which enables workspace members to securely ask questions and get answers directly from their OneDrive and SharePoint files. Connections can be created, deleted, or modified at any time. Once enabled, ChatGPT will automatically reference your SharePoint content when relevant.
Workspace Admins must enable access to the Sharepoint connector in their workspace’s Admin connectors settings. Once this is enabled, each user can connect their individual account by signing in to SharePoint through an OAuth flow.

Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Contacts Connectors in ChatGPT
Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Contacts are now available to connect and use in chat. Once you enable them, ChatGPT will automatically reference them when relevant, making it faster and easier to bring information from these tools into your conversations without having to manually select them each time.
If you already have Gmail or Google Calendar enabled for deep research, you can now also use them in chat. To use them in deep research, you will still need to enable each connector separately and select it every time you start a new deep research request.

Project-only memory
An improvement to projects is now available. When creating a project, users have the option to enable project-only memory.
With project-only memory enabled, ChatGPT can use other conversations in that project for additional context, and won’t use your saved memories from outside the project to shape responses. Additionally, it won’t carry anything from the project into future chats outside of the project.
This creates a focused, self-contained space, which is useful for long-running or sensitive work where you want ChatGPT to stay anchored to that project’s tone, context, and history.
Note:
Personal Memory must be enabled to utilize this feature.
Settings -> Personalization -> Memory
Workspace Memory must be enabled to utilize this feature.
Workspace owners can enable this by Workspace Settings -> Memory
This feature will initially only be available on the ChatGPT website and Windows app. Support for mobile (iOS and Android) and macOS app will follow in the coming weeks.

GPT-5 is slowly rolling out to all users on ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Team, and Free plans worldwide across web, mobile, and desktop. GPT-5 will be available to ChatGPT Enterprise and Edu plans soon.
GPT-5 in ChatGPT is our next flagship model and the new default for all logged-in users. It simplifies ChatGPT to a single auto-switching system that brings together the best of our previous models into a smart, fast model.
GPT-5 is available to all ChatGPT Tiers. Users on Paid tiers - Plus, Pro, and Team - have access to the model picker, which enables you to manually select GPT-5 or GPT-5 Thinking. Pro and Team tier users have access to GPT-5 Thinking Pro, which takes a bit longer to think but delivers the accuracy you need for complex tasks.

Please note that Voice mode is still powered by GPT-4o.
Personalities
You can now choose from four distinct personalities or use the Default personality in your Customize ChatGPT settings. Default is the standard ChatGPT style: clear, neutral, and adaptable. The other personalities each have their own style and tone, described below.
Cynic – Sarcastic and dry, delivers blunt help with wit. Often teases, but provides direct, practical answers when it matters.
Robot – Precise, efficient, and emotionless, delivering direct answers without extra words.
Listener – Warm and laid-back, reflecting your thoughts back with calm clarity and light wit.
Nerd – Playful and curious, explaining concepts clearly while celebrating knowledge and discovery.
Please note that these personalities will not apply to Voice mode.
Accent Colors
You can now set an accent color that applies to elements in ChatGPT, including your conversation bubbles, the Voice button, and highlighted text.
On web: Click your profile icon at the bottom left, select Settings, go to the General tab, and choose an option from the Accent color drop-down.
On mobile (iOS and Android): Tap your profile icon at the bottom, go to Personalization, then select Color Scheme to pick your accent color.
ChatGPT Voice updates
Today we’re rolling out improvements to Voice Mode to make it more accessible and useful for everyone. It also now works with custom GPTs. We’re expanding access with near-unlimited use for Plus users and hours each day for Free users. To simplify the experience, Standard Voice Mode will be retired in 30 days, unifying all users onto our latest voice experience.
For paid users, Voice now adapts to your instructions, adjusting its speaking style (length, speed, tone, and more) to fit the moment.

Study Mode
Study mode is currently available to users in Free, Plus, Pro, and Teams plans globally and will expand to Edu plans in the coming weeks. Study mode works with any model available in ChatGPT on iOS, Android, web, and desktop.
Study mode is a new learning experience in ChatGPT designed to help you build a deeper understanding of any topic. When you turn it on, ChatGPT will ask interactive questions to understand your goals and skill level, then work with you to reach the answer together.
With Study mode enabled, ChatGPT can:
Guide understanding with Socratic-style questions.
Break concepts into easy to follow sections starting simple and adding complexity as you progress.
Personalize responses based on your past chats if memory is on, using examples and tips tailored to you.
Check your understanding with open-ended prompts and feedback.
Work with your materials by referencing images or PDFs you upload.
You can enable study mode at any time by selecting Tools in the prompt window and choosing Study and learn from the drop‑down menu or go to chatgpt.com/studymode.
Study mode is powered by custom system instructions and can have some inconsistent behavior and mistakes across conversations. We plan on training this behavior directly into our main models once we’ve learned what works best through iteration and user feedback.

Releasing GPT-4.1 in ChatGPT for all paid users
Since its launch in the API in April, GPT-4.1 has become a favorite among developers—by popular demand, we’re making it available directly in ChatGPT.
GPT-4.1 is a specialized model that excels at coding tasks. Compared to GPT-4o, it's even stronger at precise instruction following and web development tasks, and offers an alternative to OpenAI o3 and OpenAI o4-mini for simpler, everyday coding needs.
Starting today, Plus, Pro, and Team users can access GPT-4.1 via the "more models" dropdown in the model picker. Enterprise and Edu users will get access in the coming weeks. GPT-4.1 has the same rate limits as GPT-4o for paid users.

Microsoft Sharepoint and OneDrive connector for deep research for Plus/Pro/Team
ChatGPT deep research with Sharepoint and OneDrive is available globally to Team users. It is also gradually rolling out to Plus and Pro users, except for those in the EEA, Switzerland, and the UK. Enterprise user access will be announced at a later date.

Export Deep Research as PDF for Plus/Pro/Team
You can now export your deep research reports as well-formatted PDFs—complete with tables, images, linked citations, and sources.
To use, click the share icon and select 'Download as PDF.' It works for both new and past reports.

Scheduled tasks in ChatGPT
Today we’re rolling out a beta version of tasks—a new way to ask ChatGPT to do things for you at a future time. Whether it's one-time reminders or recurring actions, tell ChatGPT what you need and when, and it will automatically take care of it.
Scheduled tasks is in early beta for Plus, Pro, and Teams. Eventually this will be available to anyone with a ChatGPT account.

Projects in ChatGPT
ChatGPT Projects are available to all Plus, Team, and Pro users.
Projects provide a new way to group files and chats for personal use, simplifying the management of work that involves multiple chats. You can set custom instructions and upload files in your Projects, and any conversations in your Project share context with your uploaded files and custom instructions. Chats in Projects use GPT-4o and support the following features:

Advanced Voice for ChatGPT Web
Starting today, we’re beginning to roll out Advanced Voice Mode on web (already available on mobile and desktop apps). You can now start a voice chat on chatgpt.com on your desktop and have real-time, natural conversations with ChatGPT while doing tasks like shopping, planning, writing, and brainstorming.
We’re starting to roll out to all paid (Plus, Team, Enterprise, and Edu) users today, and expect it to take a few days.

Introducing GPT-4o
GPT-4o is our newest flagship model that provides GPT-4-level intelligence that is much faster and improves on its capabilities across text, voice, and vision. Currently, only the new text and image capabilities have been rolled out. You can read more about the announcement here.
Plus users will have a message limit that is up to 5x greater than free users, and Team and Enterprise users will have even higher limits.

Memory is now available to Plus users
Memory is now available to all ChatGPT Plus users, except in Europe Korea where we will be rolling it out soon. Using Memory is easy: just start a new chat and tell ChatGPT anything you’d like it to remember.
Memory can be turned on or off in settings. Team, Enterprise, and GPTs to come.
